When I moved to the Chapel Hill area, a friend recommended Lynn as a realtor, and I thank my friend to this day for that recommendation. Lynn helped me and my mom buy our homes in an area that turned out to be perfect for us. She knows a wide variety of tradesmen to contact when we needed plumbers, painters, etc. When my mom died, Lynn helped me sell her house, and when it was time for me to leave the area, she helped me sell mine, both at good prices. Both homes were presented very well on the web. She is very intuitive, plus has been in the area for many years and knows the market inside out, so you can depend on her suggestions and expertise. I wish I could transport her to my new city to help me buy my next home! She made the whole process of both buying and selling real estate easy and enjoyable. Thanks, Lynn!

Been meaning to write this for a while —
Lynn helped us to buy our house in Chapel Hill and we had a great experience with her. She was endlessly patient, knowledgeable, and full of the good ‘insider information’ that we Florida transplants needed so badly, having just recently moved to the area. We really felt like she was looking out for us, not just «trying to make another sale». We recommended her to my mother, and Lynn helped her to buy her home as well. I would recommend her to anyone buying in Chapel Hill, Carrboro, or Durham.

Lynn worked with us in a recent house hunt and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about the experience. If you are looking for a no-​nonsense Realtor who knows her stuff, she is it! She «got it» unlike other Realtors I have worked with in the past. She knows the whole area very well, and after talking with her, realize that you can completely trust her opinions. Lynn has helped me buy twice and sell twice, from 1995 to 2008. She’s the only realtor I’ll use, for as long as I’m here.
