Wing Hoof and Paws

DO NOT USE Wing Hoof and Paws if you care about the safety of your animal and want to pay for services that are not provided. In summary, I contracted with the owner for her care for a 6-​night overnight, including feeding, walking and dog day care drop off. She had been a sitter of mine for a few months, but I was suspicious that she was not actually staying overnight. So, I bought a «nanny cam.» To my shock and disgust I video taped the fact that she was not staying overnight and leaving my dog ALONE. This went on for 2 days. What’s more, on the 3^rd-​day morning she did not feed or medicate my dog. As you can image I was horrified and scared for my dog’s safety — esp. since I was across the country. I found an alternative care situation and asked for Meredith (the owner and pet sitter) to surrender her key (with 4 days left of contracted care). Great thing is, I have all this on video and in photos. I was relieved that my dog was being cared for by a new person and thought the situation was over.
Then a few days later when I’m looking at my bank statement, Meredith had the audacity to cash the check for the FULL amount that I had paid her in advance. So not only did she not care for my dog, left her alone overnight by herself (not part of our agreement), but then she cashed a check for the full services amount — of which she did not fully provide.
Again, if you care about the safety and care of your pet, do not hire this person. Also, if you want to work with someone of integrity and professionalism, who will provide the services agreed to, then Wing Hoof and Paws is not for you. Stay away.
