Despite other reviews, I was pleasantly surprised here. Took a guest here for lunch today. The service and food were both great! I would definitely return!

Mediore food. Beer was flat. Our pitcher was dirty on the bottom inside. Definitely don’t go in there if you want to watch any game but an Iowa team. Owner refused to change even one TV for us. Ended up having to use our phone to watch the game we wanted.

Just stopped by, placed take out order as I am in hotel next door. Was real nice inside, high def TVs galore. Waitress was very nice. I ordered the angus burger and added jalapeños and hot sauce to it. Very good. The sweet potato puffs were also very good.

Stopped on the way home from a long trip to watch Iowa LSU game. Good atmosphere for a sports bar. Ordered the grilled tenderloin and seasoned fries. Very good. Also ordered Nachos as main dish. Very good. Waitress was very nice. And prices were acceptable.

The food is terrible. I decided to go once more with a friend vising in town and forgotten how bad it was. I will give them «the coldest beer in town» slogan, but that’s it. I’d recommend the clubhouse in downtown Carroll as an alternative.
