History

Established in 2001.

In the fall of 2000, Renee Keener, after a decade in business began searching for diversification for her company, MontCo, Inc. Established on September 11, 2001, Renee Keener’s new company was born in the midst of the creation of a new era for America — hence the name American Document Securities.

American Document Securities first purchase was an on-​site shred truck equipped with an Allegheny mobile shredder and has grown into a full service records management center. Shredding and storing confidential documents is the driving focus, nothing else. The records storage department was established in February of 2003.
