Excellent customer service! I have been shopping at Barnes Store for over 15 years. They are my go to store for boots and hunting supplies.

Tried to buy boots here. Customer service was awful. They told me that I could only bring them back if my dad tried them on on the carpet and then would only be allowed to buy a different item on clearance.
