Worst experience ever. The 1st representative was basically eating while processing my sale and didn’t try to offer any help with my activations went home decided I didn’t like my phone and wanted a different color. I called them and they say I can exchange it for a different color and to just come in when I asked them if I needed to bring anything they just told me my phone and charger. Drove 45 minutes to the Verizon store and they say to come back with the box or it’s a $ 75 fee. A effin box cost $ 75?! Seriously? When I called and specifically asked what I needed auto bring and I brought it you’re going to tell me to come back later with the box or I’ll get charged 75 for an empty box?!

Today I met with David Ramirez at Verizon and he was able to create a business solution for me that would save our company time and money and get us the service that we need. It was a pleasurable experience and I believe David did a great job.

Verizon John has been absolutely the kindest person to assist me on setting up my new mobile phone! Anyone over 40 yrs of age, that needs help with phone, this is the guy to see! Extremely helpful! Thanks, John!

Went last night a half hour before closing. The associate who helped me, John, was very patient, personable and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the battery problem I was experiencing and shared with me some safety concerns that I didn’t realize… like, my battery could explode if I place it back into my phone :-(. He even tried to help me get a replacement battery even though it was out of warranty. I like when you go into a store and they understand what you’re going through and they try their best to help. That’s the experience I had at this store and so it gets 5 stars.
