We bought our Yukon back in September and come back for the oil changes. The staff is always friendly, informative, and gets my truck worked in quickly. They have water, snacks, and coffee while you wait. They also have an area for kids to play. It could use more toys, but I appreciate they have somewhere my kids can play instead of running around.

I made appointment to get a tune and oil change. My service guy was Mike. Usually he is really nice. Well I dropped my car off on Monday 3÷14÷16. I was told my car would get looked at on Tuesday morning. I called Tuesday 3/15/16@ 9am was told they were checking my car out. I did not hear from Mike So I called around 12pm. He then stated 2 mechanics went home and not sure when my car would be looked at. At this point I’m pissed. I was told they were looking at my car around 9am the truth is they never touched my car. I asked Mike if I kept my car there for them to work on through Wednesday will it be done Wednesday. He then told me he could not guarantee me that. Okay I am customer who has been coming here for about 1yr. You can’t even give me good customer service or make my car a priority. After you lied and failed to meet the agreement time of my car being done same day. I will never come back here and if you want to waist your time and money you won’t come here either.

I took my Pontiac G6 in for two recalls. Lee Anderson in the service department set me up with an appointment, loaner truck and was very efficient in getting me in and out in a timely manner during the work week. My car was in the shop for a little over 24 hours (not enough time to enjoy driving the new Sierra Truck they loaned me ha ha!) and back to me in better condition (and no charge because of the manufacturer recall). When needed, I’ll be servicing my G6 there again AND eventually might be using them for a new vehicle purchase in the future. Thanks Lee!

My dad came here in like 1992 and bought a car from here. I forgot what it was called but it was so cool because you could sit three people in the front. We later bought a Chevrolet Suburban from here and it had a built in vhs player in the car. That is the coolest car ever. We would go on road trips and watch Disney movies. After the 1990’s we bought a Yukon XL from here. The suburban we bought is the greatest car ever because it has a vhs player. In 2005 my sister bought her first car here. I really like this place because they sell cool cars here.

My review is for the used lot side of the dealership. For about 2 months now I have been looking at and researching lifted trucks and these guys seem to specialize in gently used lifted trucks. Rodney is my sales guy and he provided me with the best car buying experience I have had thus far. He is low/​no pressure and very helpful. I was also impressed with the manager Robert. At the end of the day… I have walked away with a GMC Sierra SLT Crew Cab and I couldn’t be happier.

I went in today because I’d noticed on my 2012 Cruze a significant amount of corrosion on the positive battery cable. It was actually destroying the cable itself. I spoke with James and got everything replaced and fixed up under warranty. Great service and polite staff. If I had a question, he listened. Thanks James in Service and Mike, the parts manager.

I hate that I have to change my review but in this case it calls for it. We purchased a new 2014 Denali from this dealership just a few months ago. We have 6000 miles on it and there has been a rattle behind the grill. My boyfriend called to schedule a device appointment and request a loaner car. He specifically requested an SUV or truck for a loaner car because he’s 6’7. He doesn’t fit comfortably in a normal sized car. The service guy assured him he would reserve a truck. We brought our vehicle in on the day of service. The service guy came out and met us and told us to come inside. My boyfriend explained to the guy that he wanted him to hear the rattle so he’d understand what the tech should listen and look for. The service guy said «no need, come inside and describe it.» My boyfriend again said he wanted him to hear it so he could be sure the description was written properly and could be pointed out to the tech later. Again the service guy said no need and walked inside without another word. We were left standing there, so we went inside and explained the noise to the guy. The service advisor took down notes and pointed to a small CAR that they were giving to my boyfriend as a loaner. He reminded the guy that he’s 6’7 and he had assured him twice he would have a larger vehicle available. The service advisors response was «yeah well I don’t have a truck available so this is your only option. We aren’t a rental car service. You have to take what we give you. Oh and make sure to put gas in the car when you bring it back.» If this isn’t a rental car service then why should we put gas in it when we return.
After this whole mess, we received a call a few hours later that the car was ready. The service guy told my boyfriend he found the rattle and it was in the door. WRONG! If you’d actually stood outside and listened like we asked you’d have known and heard the rattle is in the front behind the grill. Needless to say there is still an annoying rattle and we will never be coming back to this dealership again for service.
Treat people poorly and expect poor or non existent customer returns.

I’m in the market for a new car. and while I’m really looking for something a little closer to my current car. waaay back in the day.02. I owned a new Regal.
So since it was on the way home I thought I would stop in and check out what the latest Regal had to offer.
Here’s a recap of my experience with that.
On my way home, I stopped by the dealership (which is right off of 35. Parked the car walked inside and spotted the car I came to see (a Regal GS). After looking at the car for about 10 minutes a salesman finally asked me if he could help me. I said sure. I’m looking for the most loaded Regal GS you got that’s an automatic. (the one on the floor was ‘somewhat’ fully loaded. and manual. The reality is. I wanted to drive it around the block. If I liked it? sure. I was in a buying mood. I could buy on the spot or order one if they didn’t have what I wanted exactly. Hell i’d even give em a deposit if asked.) Well the salesman said he had an automatic somewhere on the lot and drove me around the parking lot for 10 minutes. and searched his computer for another 45 – 50 minutes (yes those are accurate numbers). finally coming back to me saying this is the only GS they have on the lot. «thanks» I said. and I took off. While I never would have bought a manual transmission. I was surprised in my visit of a couple of things.
A. All the Salesmen on the lot wore casual.(with the sole exception being my salesman.) I saw ripped/​faded Jeans, Baseball caps, distasteful shirts, exposed gold chains.(seriously lol.) and very poor loud behaviors. Before I visited here, I never thought «casual» would effect my buying decision. (heck as an IT guy. I dress casual to work everyday) but now I clearly see the value of a professional looking sales team. Nobody wants to buy a 40k+ car from someone that dresses like the sweaty guy that mows my yard. (I pay him 20 bucks btw).
B. There was actually a Salesman. in the pretty empty showroom that sat on top of a chair arm next to me (while I was waiting for 45+ minutes) loudly chopping on Ice and loudly yelling to the TV sports commentator about what he thought of his comments. I felt like I was at the bar at «Buffalo Wild Wings «except. there was no alcohol, no wings. and no pretty girls in tight shirts. thank god he didn’t smoke…
C. While my salesman was a nice guy, he was clueless on the car I was looking for. I had to point out very distinctive design differences on the GS. That would make it easy for him to spot when compared to other Regal’s (hint.driving lights). I also had to ask if It came in a V6. (he had to ask someone else.). That’s just downright disappointing. I don’t come into a dealership expecting to educate the sales staff on what «i know» about the car. I expect them to highlight what they know. He didn’t even show me the car personally. walk me through it… «get me interested». It just ended up being a massive search for the car that he «thought was on the lot». and when he found out that it wasn’t. that was it. he didn’t really «show me» anything on the «one car» that they had. That said. that does nicely lead me into my next point.
D. How can you expect to sale a car if you have no inventory? This Buick/​GMC dealership must have had 270+ cars/​trucks on their lot. (I know. cause the salesman drove me through the whole lot) of all those cars. They only had one Regal GS (Regal’s most loaded and highest priced model). That’s not just silly. It’s plain stupid. most dealerships go out of their way to load up on the most pricey models. These guys had one. and… the one they had was buried on the showroom floor. (meaning another good 45 minutes to get that thing out of there to test drive.) way too much trouble. Sales is a tough biz. why build in extra deterrents.
E. Is black a good color? While the salesman was driving me around his lot looking for a phantom car that didn’t exist. it was pretty easy to see that whomever owned this dealership loved the color «black». If I had to estimate, I would estimate a good 80 percent of those 270 cars and trucks were black. If you need a black GMC or Buick…(as long as its not a Regal GS) I’m pretty sure you could find it here. If you want another color combo. well… good luck buying that from stock…
F. I know I said I lot of negative stuff in the above points. and to be honest. These guys weren’t «mean» or «bad guys». My salesman seemed like a really nice guy. but the whole dealership certainly wasn’t bringing their «A» game. No one I came in contact with really seemed «focused». Certainly not customer focused. In the short time I was there I could come up with a list of at least 20 things these guys could do to really improve. but then who knows? maybe the owner is content, sales are fine. and my comments are really those of a misinformed shopper.
What do I know? I’m just a Software Manager looking for my next car. which will probably end up being another Volvo C70

My boyfriend and I bought a used truck from this dealership. I won’t go into the details but we had some issues with the truck early on that ended up lasting a month. The manager and the repair tech went out of their way to help us. We are very grateful for all their help and would definitely buy from them again.
