Specialties
The main aim of CrossFit is to offer a general and inclusive fitness program, built to prepare you for any type of physical activity. Whether you want to enjoy sports on the weekend or go for an extended bike ride, CrossFit gives you the perfect combination of exercises to shed fat, build your strength, mobility, and endurance. We have intersected workout plans from all sports and physical tasks in order to design a cutting edge program.
When it comes to experiencing high intensity workouts focused on total body performance, CrossFit is above the rest. CrossFit Templum’s focus is to optimize your fitness level through constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensities. We have identified 10 major areas of fitness to help achieve that goal which are also known as the 10 general physical skills for physical preparedness (GPP). With that being said, the second most unique aspect of CrossFit is the family community that arises when training with a group in this manner. Our family-friendly atmosphere is perfect for individuals of all ages, walks of life, and athletic backgrounds. We keep our programs exciting and challenging.
At our Carrolton CrossFit program, we are committed to helping you feel and perform your best. Don’t let past fitness experiences hold you back from enjoying the healthy lifestyle you need to treat your body the way it deserves. Contact us today to experience a high intensity workout in a supportive community.

Meet the Business Owner
Eric W.
Business Owner
Eric has been in the fitness industry for over 16 years. A longtime athlete, Eric loves everything about competition. He realized this when he tore his ACL for the second time playing college football. Rehab taught him a lot about his body and this made him enamored with how to train appropriately and efficiently. Eric enjoyed football, but found out that he actually loved the off-season even more because he believes that training amongst your peers brings out the best in your abilities and pushes you farther than you can ever push yourself.
After receiving his undergrad in Exercise Physiology, Eric went on to get his Master’s in Kinesiology. During that time, he started his professional career in the fitness industry. It wasn’t until 2011 that Eric was introduced to CrossFit. Once he was introduced to it, he was hooked because he loved the competitive nature of each and every workout.
