This State Farm Agent and in particular the office agent contact, Whitney Shaw, provides EXCELLENT customer service. Not only is Whitney extremely quick to answer my calls or email inquiries, she proactively suggest changes to my auto and house policies to save me money on my premiums, while still providing great coverage.
I have been with State Farm for 20+ years and have never received the type of outstanding service I receive from this Agent. And, as far as cost, I did explore several other reputable and lesser known insurance companies for lower cost premiums-​none could provide the low cost I receive from this Agent. Moreover, none provided the personal customer service I receive from Whitney Shaw.
I have never provided a review to any entity before; but feel that others should be aware that GREAT customer service does still exists with this Agent. I highly recommend this Agent, without any hesitation. It is simply the best service I have received from any of my service companies.
Please consider this Agent when considering your auto, house, motorcycle or other insurance needs. You will not be disappointed. I will stay with State Farm as a lifetime customer due to the service I receive from this Agent.
