We had a leak in the tile in the bottom of our shower. YES, Tim Draper does tile also. Our son had used Tim for a redo from another company and he did a magnificent job for them. Tm was on time and most of all very knowledgeable about his products. He fixed our problem in a very timely manner, cleaned up and returned exactly as he said. I tell you I have not had this kind of service in this old house for years. He really cares about his work and his satisfied customers. He was truly a gift to us. We are Soc Sec people! We are going to use him to do our kitchen floor soon. The Mitchams

I’m not sure where all of these good reviews are coming from, but I certainly wish I had the same experience. Tim and his wife were friendly and helpful with tile selection. The initial crew did a horrible install (see photos) and Tim agreed to correct it. After tearing everything out and starting over, the second install was noticeably better (see photos) but still with some significant flaws. I asked that the two poorly cut and very visible tiles be replaced and sent photos to Tim. His response is that it looked fine and I needed to pay the bill. Of course, I’m not paying and turned it over to the BBB. I really like to support local, family owned businesses, but like the big competitors they are not honoring their word or commitments. Tim said he would make it right, he didn’t, and now he wants to get paid. Seriously?

LOVE! We needed to replace a room and a few closets worth of carpet in our new home and went to Draper Floors on the recommendation of our neighborhood board. From Beverly in the showroom, Tim who came to measure, and the team who installed our gorgeous new carpet, we were pleased the whole way through. The pricing is fair, they have a ton of product options, and the rooms and closets look incredible. I could not be happier with this company and will be sure to come back in the future!

Got many bids on installing ~1200 sqf of engineered hardwood in our Wylie home and never felt «comfortable» with ability of the companies to answer even my stupid questions I had. Been driving by Draper Floors for years and decided to stop in one day. GLAD I DID! Tim and Beverly know flooring. Price was a little under some and way over others, when asked about the «low ball» bids Tim made it clear why, sub-​par material, and that’s not what we wanted. Install day, crew came in on time very friendly and I knew they knew what and how to do it. Installers clean up every night, kept me informed on what to expect the next day. Floors went down fast and then it came time for the detail work. This is where the true craftsmanship of Gilbert (our installer) shined. He laid steps and ¼ round like we was doing it in own home, the attention to detail wowed myself and my wife. I’m picky and couldn’t find but one spot (I was pushing it to even find that). Gilbert looked at it and said «no problem I will do it how ever you want» and he did it better then we wanted. (move a transition threshold back ½″). Read Draper Floor reviews and remember normally only customers that are NOT happy leave reviews, not with Draper! Anyone that wants to see his work are more than welcome to come look at my floor, we are very proud of them. Thanks Tim and crew, you do great work.

I love, love, love my new floor!!! I wish I could post pictures, it’s so beautiful. Draper Floors in Carrollton did an AMAZING job installing my new floor. I say if you need new flooring Tim Draper is the gentleman to call. And the price was very reasonable.
The installation team was extremely professional and worked very hard to correct what was a nightmare of the first floor installation that was installed incorrectly by different company.

Contacted Draper floors based on other Unilocal reviews and was delighted with the service and product! Tim Draper was very professional, explained the process, and each cost. Then gave me a great price for my budget! The installation turned out wonderful!
I would have given the company 5 stars but the installation crew didn’t clean-​up after the installation. Tim Draper was mortified and very embarrassed, so he compensated me with another $ 250 off the price, and he fired the crew. Best customer service!

We recently had new engineered hardwood floors put in throughout our home in Carrollton. Draper Floors did a fantastic job at a great price; I highly recommend them to anybody in the area!
We initially went to Draper Floors based on the strength of their online reviews and personal recommendations from acquaintances in the area. We actually spoke to 4 different flooring vendors before making a decision, but in the end we’re very glad we went with Tim Draper’s company.

We stopped into Draper’s because of the great Unilocal and Google reviews. Tim and his wife were excellent at explaining the different options and in listening to our needs. They were able to match us up with flooring that met our needs (we have kids and pets). They weren’t interested in selling us the most expensive options.
His team started the job early and finished well within the timeframe discussed. They did excellent work and the attention to detail is impressive. For example, they undercut our fireplace so that the wood for flush underneath it and did not require trim.
Tim’s communication was excellent. His prices are very fair. His team’s work is top notch. I’d recommend Draper’s to anyone.

After meeting Tim Draper over 9 years ago before he started his own business. I was always impressed with his service and honesty. So after getting unsatisfactory prices and gut feelings from others, I tried to find Tim! He was so knowledgeable about my existing floors (which he installed, too!) and how to acquire matching wood to stitch in and continue into other areas of my house, plus getting the best price and service was a bonus! The slate tile work in my entry that I added looks like a piece of art! Every little hurdle we encountered (and all jobs encounter unexpected hurdles!) was dealt with efficiently and with a smile! His most trustworthy installers are the best I’ve ever had, artisans in all the work they do! I’m glad now that I will never have to get bids again, as I know Tim will give me the best price and service of anyone out there! He will become your «go to» man, too!

I had three bathroom floors and the kitchen floor tiled. Tim came out and walked me through the process and explained exactly what needed to be done. We ran into and issue with the sub floor in the upstairs bathroom but Tim was able to make the repairs and keep my cost down. Draper floors will be my go to whenever I need new flooring. Tim Draper Floors completed a very nice wood veneer flooring job for me last week. Tim was very knowledgeable and helpful in sourcing a product that would match some existing wood conditions. He had very good installation advice, and offered me a fair price. When certain materials were not used, he gave me credit back. He also came by and personally inspected the quality of the installation behind his men. Truly done well and professionally.
I would use him again, and this is the best recommendation you can give, IMO.

Although I have known Tim from High School, he was the first person I called when looking to upgrade from my sad and worn carpet. Tim came to my house, brought several samples. Once deciding on the engineered flooring, Tim went over all that could be added to the price due to the floor not being totally level. I so appreciated his honesty.
My floors were done as promised and the crew did an amazing job. I trust Tim and his crews, and was not present during the time it took to get my new wood floors. I love them!!!

I recently had all the floors in my house replaced by Draper Floors. Tim and his crew did a fantastic job — tat a very competitive price, and my new floors look beautiful! I previously had all tile floors in my house, so the process of removing the tile was quite dusty, which Tim and his crew kept to a minimum and then did a great clean-​up job when they were finished. They were very careful with my furniture in moving it around as they worked in different areas of the house and in keeping it covered to protect the finish from dust, etc. Tim was very professional and easy to work with and also was very particular about the finished product and made sure that any caulking or molding was well-​matched with the floors and new baseboards. He wasn’t happy until I was happy! And I am very happy! In fact, Draper Floors will soon be doing another project at my house.

We needed to repair our hallway flooring (bamboo) which had succombed to a couple of slab leaks. We needed to have someone rip it out and replace it with a different kind of wood. The job was challenging because the installer was going to need to try and transition the floor from the hallway into the living room without doing a t-​mould (if possible).
We had looked around at many local places. No one we visited carried a color that would match. Our last stop, on the day we were visiting showrooms, was Draper Floors. It was storybook. Tim Draper had the perfect match of flooring (maple) and we scheduled an installation.
He answered all of our questions and his team of installers were prompt, clean, thorough, skilled, knowledgeable, polite and I would hire this company in an instant for my next job.

We had a great experience with Draper Floors. We were selling our house and needed to replace the carpets in our dining room and 3 bedrooms. We went into the store and selected several varieties, but when Tim Draper came to our house to give us an estimate, he brought even more varieties because he knew we were selling and wanted to give us affordable options for our home. The two men who installed our new carpets were on-​time, very respectful, and did a great job. I would highly recommend Draper Floors, and we will use them in the future again!

Tim Draper is the BEST there is!!! I was considering ordering a laminate floor, but after a long discussion with Tim about pets/​high traffic he suggested a luxury vinyl. It is the most beautiful floor ever. It is a very rich color and makes my place seem so much more spacious. Tim was amazing from the moment he came to my house to measure all the way through completion of the installation. I will definitely be using him again on any future projects that I have. You are crazy if you go anywhere else. I always complain that you just don’t get good customer service anymore… but boy was I wrong when I hired Tim Draper. He is the best in the industry as far as I am concerned!!!
