I have been going in this store for over 6 months. I wish the owner would pull the tapes on video around 6:30 on 1÷29÷2016. This employee has been real rude to me before. If you ask him a question he gets real sarcastic when you are sceptical. So I ignored first time. THIS TIME HE WENT TO FAR!!! I went in there to buy a new I stick the one I wanted was in the case the exact one I had. I asked him if it was $ 39 and some change? He said yes and went and got me another tank that I did not ask for. That was $ 49 and some change. I told him I wanted the other tank. I was looking right at it he walked over to the case and took the PRICE TAG OFF and said he did not have it. I have never been so pissed and insulted, The bad thing is they make good juice. I guess if your not in the gang hanging out on the couch and you want to be a customer and buy something you are not that important. Don’t know this guys name because he will not tell me. It makes me feel like he was trying to rip me off. I went down the road to Artisian vapes got the same tank and they have better deals on oils. The treat me with respect not like I am inconveniencing him from hanging out with his friends.

Listen here, I’ve been to this vape shop before through a friendly mention, was liking the products and the customer service at the time, All of the sudden I walk in this week and the customer service just went right out the fuckin door, the African American man was being racist and not giving any juices to try, told me to build my own coils and not to ask him for help. All of the sudden a African American walks in and is given a free bottle of juice. Ok. And he was not asked to show a government ID. Done with this shit.

Customers SVC sucks here. Joking around, vaping not taking care their customer. Spend your money somewhere else. Save your trip.

Average at best service, the guy kinda backed off helping once I said I didn’t care to buy his own juice line. I got some juice but I can make the same at home, nothing special. Nobody was rude, but nobody was friendly or put out the effort that most shops do. Pricing is excellent on juice though. I won’t be back unless I’m in the area.

Great place. Juice selection is thru the roof. From house line to all the major competitors. The equipment sales are ok they have enough to get you going but would like to see more. All in all positive experience thank you.

This is now one of my goto shops. Excellent service with knowledgable staff. Great selection of juice, hardware and accessories. Prices on many things are cheaper than I have found online.

Good place to get any e cig, mods, etc. staff has great customer service and know what they are doing. E– liquid is pristine to the taste if u are using a RDA, never tried in on a tank. Overall a great

On a short work break, I decided to venture into this vape shop out of curiosity. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Justin and Jay. I thought that the place itself was really clean; with music playing, and a t.v. showing the different juices they had. I also noticed that they had a bar, where you could try out different juices they had (you could even mix them, which was super awesome). Before I decided to buy anything though, I went in thinking that they’d be expensive like other vape stores I’ve been to, but their selection is actually really, really inexpensive, while remaining very high quality. Even if you’re a newbie, or a veteran, Justin and Jay are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to helping you out. Their juices are also really flavorful too, and it’s really cool that they let you try out flavors as much as you want, without limiting you to a certain amount of puffs (that’s w’sup). They also have a table with tools dedicated to customers who want to modify/​fix/​dowhateverelseyouwant to their vapes. All in all, it was a very clean place, with professional service, and amazing product.
Update: I have friends who bought the clone RBA’s there, and they worked so unbelievably well, given the price they cost.

I received my Mephisto RDA a day before the scheduled delivery, which was impressive considering I am from Hawaii. These guys provide excellent customer service and were quick to reply to all my questions via email. Highly recommended!

I just received my preordered mod and I am in love with it. The pictures couldn’t possibly do it justice. Awesome customer service from the start. I got an email from Justin to let me know every step of the way.

Guys work here are very helpful and are always eager to find a suitable recommendation for their customers. I bought VAMO which was bit costly but definitely worth a money for sure. Vape is great alternative way for quit cigarette and it works for me. They have great specials and selections for vape, juice, and etc. It is definitely recommended and I surely will come back to shop more. Way to go JK.

I’ve tried pretty much every vape shop in DFW and these guys have the best juices in town hands down. Great service as well, definitely my new go-​to.

Walked in on a whim. The guys working there were extremely friendly and knowledgeable in their product. Jae was working the counter and Justin was at the bar and both were eager to let me sample all of their juices. The blue raspberry is the best juice in my opinion. Strongly recommend this place!
