Improper scheduling. I was double booked for my back injury. The doctor was not scheduled to be in for the time I was rescheduled. I had to drive to the other clinic across town. My original appointment was 9a, then 11a, then I wasn’t seen by 1.
The chiropractor is good. The staff is friendly. Everything else was below expectations. Wasting time is not something I like to do.
