Do not go to this place. I brought in two deadbolts to be re-​keyed and was quoted $ 22.50 to re-​key both of them. That was on the high side, especially since I brought the locks to them. When he charged my card, he charged me $ 22.50 for both locks and claimed that he told me it was $ 22.50 per lock, which he absolutely did not. I would never have agreed to that. You can buy nice brand new deadbolts for less than that. What a ripoff. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

This guy was awesome. We needed our storage unit opened that day. He showed up exactly when he said he would, he was calm and professional. It took him maybe ten minutes to get in. Hope to not need a locksmith again, but if I do, I’ll call Metro.

Just bought a used Lexus and needed a new «master» key with remote. The dealership was wanting some outrageous fee to flash the computer and all that jazz… I did a google search and found Metrokeys. Not only did they have the software to do what the dealership needed to do, but at a fraction of the cost. Very helpful, very friendly, and very FAST!!!

So I found Metro-​keys locksmith service on Unilocal after seeing all the good reviews and the promotion that they were having, I decided to give them a call. First impression, «did I call the wrong number?». The person picked up the phone was like «Hello». No greeting, no introduction, nothing. I was a little discouraged but decided to get the service regardless since I already paid for the deal that they had on Unilocal.
My locksmith showed up about 10minutes later. A lot nicer and friendlier than I thought he would be from the phone «conversation».
It took him a little while with my storage lock, but I did get a very good deal and the face to face interaction helped make up for the bad first impression :).

I have to disagree with the negative comment below.
The day after Christmas i lost my keys. I’m sure who help the negative comment guy, but Forest was very helpful. He charged me less than Home Depot and I am very satisfied with the customer service. I recommend Metro keys.

While he was much later arriving than he quoted, I still give him 5 stars because we had a very hard lock and he worked his A$$ off until he got our door open. He must have tried 10 different ways. While others quoted needing to drill the lock out, he applied «a little trickery» and got us in with out damaging the lock or door! Thanks a million!

This is not so welcoming. No respect for customer. When I went in no hi or hello. He is too rude in answering questions and if we ask anything one more time he is gonna yell at so be careful. Always try to charge you more. They will take advantage of your situation. NEVER EVER TRUST Unilocal REVIEWS. It’s all fake. I have learnt my lesson.
