In October 15th, I reached out to Metrocrest Funeral Home a/​k/​a Hilltop Memorial to make funeral plans for my aunt.
I had contacted several funeral homes in the community to get a list of available services and prices.
My aunt was a veteran so it was important that I work with someone who knew about the various programs available offered by the Veterans Administration.
I met with Audrey, who is the funeral director for the Metrocrest Funeral home and any questions that I had were quickly resolved. The optional services were explained in detail along with the cost. She provided the VA reimbursement figures and a final cost.
I am not able to put words to express my appreciation.
