RE/MAX DFW Associates Willow Bend Office

We worked with Jean Clark out of this office. She was AMAZING! We only had a few weeks of notice before moving to the Dallas area for a new job, but Jean helped us find the perfect rental home in no time! Only a day after my husband accepted a new job, I was getting nowhere trying to schedule viewings for rental homes on my own. While trying to schedule a viewing, I connected with Jean, who was able to schedule TWELVE viewings less than 24-​hours later! She spent the next day showing us around to different homes, striking out one after the other. She never let us get too discouraged, just explained the market and encouraged us to keep looking.
As soon as we found an online listing that seemed perfect, Jean offered to go way out of her way to view the house for us (since we were living 3 hours away) to verify that it was as perfect as it seemed online. Because we had seen so many bad houses on that first outing, we felt confident that Jean knew what we liked (and more importantly, what we didn’t like). So we trusted her judgement and put in an application on the house before we even saw it in person. Her willingness to go above and beyond to help us meant that we got a successful application in before the tide of weekend shoppers flooded in that weekend. She walked us through the entire application process (giving tips and pointers the whole way), and helped us finalize the process with our new landlord.
We are now settled in a wonderful home in a great area, all due to Jean. I was so worried about finding a safe and clean place to live in a new and unfamiliar city, but Jean made it happen. We cannot thank her enough! As soon as we’re ready to buy a house, you can be sure that we’ll be calling Jean. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

This is the new location of the Carrollton office, they moved from 1012 W Hebron Pkwy Ste 120.
As I mentioned in my review of the old location, I am a big believer that Remax has the best agents due to their business model.
