This has to be the MOST inept Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Sadly it is the closest to my house but I always change the app to order from the one on Frankford and 190 because of my experiences.
Not only are they the queen of not getting your orders done in a timely manner they also fail to give you necessary items to eat. Every store I’ve been to is great about putting my oatmeal with add one in a bag and a spoon to be able to eat it with. Today alone I was given agave instead of honey (HUGE difference) and no spoon. Of course my boyfriend didn’t check because we expected it to be right.
Get it together at this Starbucks because you are a definite insult to the franchise!

Just had the best service. The barista chatted with me about the pumpkin spice being sweeter this year because it’s real pumpkin and was just generally pleasant. She made a few cute and appropriate jokes (a rare art these days) and thanked me for smiling and laughing with her. What a good way to start the day.

I’m a loyal Starbucks customer. I received my toasted croissant before I even walked over to my seat to set up my device on which I was going to work! My drink was ready as soon as I set up my device!
Amazing service for 8am on a Monday morning!
Also, this place has lots of teens filtering in and out of it before school starts, if that bothers you, then find another location.

Worst Starbucks experience I have had in a long time. I was in a rush with a pre-​order of a traveler and no one there had it «going on» that morning. Incredibly slow service as compared to other Starbucks in the area. Slow baristas, slow cashiers. And the latte’s are not consistent in taste.

Yay! Customer service! I just stopped in here with my boyfriend after we left spa castle… We go to Starbucks everyday. That being said apparently Starbucks has a frequent buyer cars for the grande or venti drinks were you put ice cube stickers on a card and then receive the 6th free. This has been going for two weeks and no one had told us, but today there was LIZ! She told about the program, wished me happy birthday and even threw a couple extra stickers our way. This was so refreshing to me because I work customer service and more often than not I feel I can’t get the same genuine service when I’m out and about. LIZ made me feel surprised, delighted, and valued. Someone should give this girl a raise!!! I know I would.

A good location if you’re looking for a Starbucks to study at, there’s also a really cool long canvas that has two comfy chairs in front of it and makes for a great picture if you can get the lighting right!
Bathrooms are located to the left of the cashier and breakfast sandwiches are always nom, I recommend the breakfast croissant with double smoked bacon, egg and cheese, plus it’s available all day!

The staff is friendly and knows to make the recipes given just as one wants. Good place to study for hours without getting disturbed. Speedy internet Connection!

Not a bad Starbucks location. Clean, organized. Parking is a bit tight due to corner location and other business next door, so drive slow. Most of the baristas are nice and pleasant to talk to. The new ones need a bit of customer service training, but that’s normal for a first job. (Yes… Some of them are that young)

I came here and ordered the coconut green tea that I know Starbucks serves, and the waiter told me that they don’t serve it. So I was like okay… And ordered the zen instead.
When I got my order it was the iced version. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted cold or hot. Who the hell orders iced drinks in the cold winter?
Also, the cup was 90% iced.

The lady at the cash register seemed hard of hearing today… she raised her voice quite a bit when customers came to the counter. I ordered caramel machiatto hot n she gave me cold… never asked me what size or anything… even though they r busy in the morning, accuracy is important. I left instead of causing a stink about it. Probably won’t go back… I normally don’t even go to Starbucks.

I have always avoided this particular store because the poor line forming design and the incredibly annoying staff. The line you’d stand in was always odd and never clear as to who was next. On a busy morning, it could be chaos. And then the baristas barked at you with questions «WHERE YA HEADED TODAY?» «BIG PLANS TODAY!?»
It was more annoying than friendly. So I haven’t been in this store for years. But yesterday I decided to see if things had changed and by-​gum, yep! They did a remodel! Looks they canned all those annoying employees too!
Great dark coffee, super friendly staffers, it was a great visit! Very pleased!
I’m always on the hunt for good coffee in Carrollton. If you have a suggestion, I’m all ears!

Starbucks is a place you either love or hate. This is a great place to get some work done or have a meeting. The baristas are friendly and knowledgeable about the drink menu; one thing I would like to see at this location is the breakfast sandwiches. This location is very clean and up-​to-​date.
