Even though it’s a smaller volume store, I’ve never had trouble finding anything and the employees are always willing to help. I recommend HD over Lowe’s any day.

I’ve never seen a more sloppy retail establishment in this Home Depot. You can’t even walk the isles because it’s full of stuff. Forget using a cart.
And the paint department staff is a bunch of incompetent idiots. Especially Victor.

This store is very bad when it comes to service delivery. I put in a request to have my patio door replaced and was told someone will be contacting me to schedule a measurement within 48 hrs. I didn’t get his name, but it was a young African American guy. It’s now been 5 days and still no call. I contacted Home Depot and inquire why no one has contacted me yet and the lady said she don’t have a clue, but will check on it. I’m not going to waste another day with this store and will take my business to Lowes.

I like Home Depot better than Lowes. Probably because of their Behr exclusive paints. Also I had a worker asked if I needed help when I was looking for lightbulbs and I did! Lowes Ive been there a lot and they dont really ask if you need help.

This store is creepy. They have monitors now that turn on and tell you they’re recording you while showing you the recording. It’s super creepy and perverted. I’ll never enter a Home Depot again.

I called 4 times in 2 hours and no one answered the freaking phone. Your busy? I am busy also and really ticked you are too busy for me.

Why can’t this Home Depot have registers open closer to the main entrance? I was their today and I have a walking boot on and used a buggy instead of the motorized cart, like I have in the past. I enjoy the employees at this HD as they are very friendly and accommodating but the registers or lack of them is just awful. Ended up using the self check which I do not like because we encountered a problem with a item that we tried every which way to get the bar code to scan. Finally had to call the gal that was working that area to come and scan for us. If you are going to promote self check please get two employees to work that area when people are waiting in line to self — check.
Recently Costco stores in did away with the self –check, why can’t HD do the same thing?

This is my neighborhood Home Depot and I go there very often because I am always doing projects in my house. While I have the other guys closer (the store that starts with L) I prefer to make my purchases here. I’ve spent several thousands already, from appliances, to floors, wood, gardening, pluming, tool rental, etc, etc and I have always received help and good advise from their employees, and they are always willing to help. Last time I made a big purchase I was building a deck, so one of the guys sat with me, we went over the dimensions and he told me exactly all the materials that I needed, and he was right on. They delivered materials the day I was told and everything went smoothly. I’ve been a customer at that location for 8 years and I have never had any problems, including returns, without receipts or death plants, they were always granted, no questions asked. Great Place.

Incompetence. Lady in Washer and Dryer section knew nothing about her products…
They confirmed for delivery the day before then cancelled the morning of delivery…
They overcharged my credit card and maxed out my days credit limit. It took Rich and the customer service 3 hours to straighten this all out. Then when I sent my contractor back to pick up the 3 toilets I paid for in full. They had to call me on the phone after insisting it wouldn’t be a problem he just needed to show up…
Be prepared to know about what your buying before you go.
Jay is great in Millwork but the scheduling for the doggie door setup and installation is lengthen and Slow!!! This place is The worse, its a lot of hurry up and wait.

This is our neighborhood Home Depot. We have been going here now for about 4 months on a weekly basis. The majority of people working here have been helpful and friendly. There is a guy name Fred who helps with electrical stuff that is very knowledgable. They usually have most items in stock that we have looked for as well. Overall its been a good location.

My first time here at this location was a really positive one. We are preparing to sell a home in Carrollton and popped in here for various supplies to fix the place up. Therefore, we visited numerous departments within the store and found the things we needed and had several positive interactions with the staff working here.
We ordered carpet installation and the staff in this department were extremely helpful in both making suggestions and getting us the carpet we wanted. The same staff members helped us in cutting some blinds to fit the windows in our house. They were knowledgeable and saved us money when we were unsure of the best way to go.
The people in the paint department were great in providing suggestions and feedback to our questions as well.
The store was clean and well stocked. We found the items we needed and we will definitely be back.

I don’t know why I keep getting let down by this Home Depot. I should have stopped shopping there a long time ago. It is 1 mile from my house and 3 miles from my business (I spend thousands there weekly). The gardening selection, and presentation of dead plants are terrible. They never stick to their franchise policies I.E. returning of dead plants, price matching, and customer service. There are a few knowledgeable workers but most are useless, slow, and no sense of customer service. The employee turnover rate must be extremely high, because of the 5 years of being in the store a few times a week, I hardly recognize anyone. This leads me to believe its all about the management.
Most recent let down:
I was online and bought a water heater when I noticed the store location for pickup was wrong. When I changed the location to the correct one the price jumped 59.00 $. I called customer service in turn called the store to ask about price matching. The manager said no problem, just bring a print out of the item. After work I ask for a dolly, cashier said she would page a loader. After literally 20 minutes of waiting, I drug the 140lb Water heater to the cashier (that got some attention) but still no one offered to help. I told the Cashier this was to be price matched, and she called the manager. I am guessing a different manager was on shift, and refused to honor the price. Stating that they don’t match stores that far away. 1. is it policy, or how each manager feels at the time? 2. why would you not match your own franchise prices? 3. you were more concerned about the 57 $ than my weekly spending of thousands of dollars. 4. overall customer service was very poor!
Corporate Home Depot should really look into the management of this store. Until they announce «under new Management I will not return» Its sad and I was a loyal customer to home depot. There is two types, The Lowes people, and Home Depot.

Employees are clueless and disrespectful. Loaded up on pavestones advertised on sale at $ 2.97. Signs everywhere. They tried to charge full price of $ 3.79 and when told cashier the sale price she asked out loud to other employee if they are really on sale. Another employee grabs a ad flyer and claims they are not. I then have to escort him all the way back to the area to show him ALL the signs, dnt even the small barcode lanes show sale price. So at checkout they say they will go ahead and honor the price for me like they’re doing me a favor! The cashier then says «I only work here.» REALLY?! Well how about some customer service skills along with that work folks?!
Would have said forget it except already loaded up all the materials dnt just wanted to get done. Wouldn’t be surprised,…this is why I haven’t shopped here in for a long time… customer service and business practices suck. Will pay more elsewhere rather than return here… and it’s 2 blocks away!

Dont expect any customer service or consulting in garden section. You are pretty much on your own. I live nearby and have come couple of times and have asked help in garden area. Clerk announces it but nobody comes to help or found in garden area

You know. It’s a home depot. They have tools and stuff. This one is pretty clean, their garden section has a decent selection and they are fairly attentive.
I have had to search for an employee a few times but that seems top be par for the course at big home improvement stores these days.

Mmmmmm. Well customer service has improved drasticly over the past 3 months. This is good.
But their product selection is a bit thin at times. I needed some supplies for repairs, and they «only carry such things during the winter time». Sigh. So off to Turner Hardware I go… Again.

I absolutely love how this company honors our country’s Veterans with 10% discounts without all the drama you get at Lowes!

This is the closest Home Depot to our house, and generally I can find everything I need here for a do-​it yourself project or something around the house. Overall, I have found them to have good customer service. They even exchanged and remade keys for me several times that didn’t work when I had copies made. I also like that you can pick out and order items online, pay for them online and pick them up at the service desk in the store.

Friendly staff… but the check out is such a pain… either line at the self or at the person… yikes…but you can easily return stuff… YEAH.

Went here for some paint.
The lady at the paint section was extremely nice and friendly. I had many questions and she did not seem frustrated at all. Great service like this deserves more than 5 stars.
