We paid a premium above other orthodontists in the area, but the service has not been what we would expect. They have not been flexible on appointments, and we typically had to call several times to get in touch with someone to schedule our daughters appointment. We had zero feedback from the doctor during this 2 year process. Woefully inadequate. Would not recommend. I have called three times in the past 10 days leaving messages to schedule our daughter for a checkup and hopefully get her braces off before school starts but still have received no phone call back.
