I think this place is awesome for repair work his quality can not be beat. I also bought a pair of Harley boots for myself and a new pair for my wife. Both fit comfortable from day one, no complaints. He also stocks a lot of rider gear, great quality merchandise.

My wife took her shoes here to have heels replaced. That was July 20th. She was told they would be ready July 28th. We didn’t make it until July 30th. But guess what? Her shoes were NOT ready. In fact, he had to hunt them down (after she described what they looked like) and commented that yes indeed, they were sitting back on a ‘machine’, and didn’t have them finished yet. We all know that’s code for «Holy crap, I haven’t even LOOKED at these shoes yet!» Wife said «I thought they were supposed to be ready two days ago». He asked if she wanted to take them now. She told him she only wanted to pick them up if they were repaired. His remark to this comment was «I’ll get to them — soon».
So, no kudos for THIS establishment.
