Kragen O’Reilly Auto Parts

I went there this morning talked to Michael about my battery light coming on they gave me the best customer service I got a new battery a brake light and brake fluid they helped install the battery, brake light and they refilled my brake fluid the people who work here are amazing! not to mention how reasonable the price for everything was!

This place is a life saver.
I had to drop a friend off at the Reno Airport, and on the way back, my car broke down in a grocery store’s parking lot. So now not only did I have three hours of driving left back home, and was losing sunlight and my car’s starter had seen its final day of travel. I couldn’t have been more frustrated. I looked up local auto supply stores and called O’Reilly. I gave them my car’s information and the part I needed — they had one in stock!
I walked down the highway to grab the starter from them. I entered the shop as was greeted by a friendly employee wearing a smile, whose name I can’t remember unfortunately. I felt very welcomed here, he asked me what was wrong with my car and offered to give any additional information I needed on replacement. He said he would have gladly given me a ride back to my car, but he was the only one working and couldn’t leave the shop. The gesture in itself was enough to show that the employee was very helpful and interested in getting my problem fixed.

The guys and gals here always say hello to folks entering the store and establish a welcoming atmosphere.
Seems like almost everyone on staff has extensive hands-​on automotive experience and make time to share that knowledge whenever I need it. Out of stock parts are quickly brought in, usually the next day, and for most parts, a variety of manufacturers and prices are available.
How hard can it be to install wipers? You’ll find out when you try it yourself and the folks here come out and do it for you.

I usually go to one of the two O’Reilly stores when I’ve gone to the other Auto Parts stores in Carson and haven’t yet found what I need. About 50% of the time do I find what I need at O’Reilly.
They have good specials on oil if you can catch a sale. Sometimes the best prices in town on oil.
Retail store size at this store is kinda small but I do like their electrical parts selection and also their small hardware/​body clips selection.

I just got back from L.A. where I had to stop at an auto parts store to get some trailer parts. What a lousy selection– and how refreshing to stop in at my local Kragen and find everything I need.
All the people that have worked here that I’ve run into have been very helpful and I rarely have to go somewhere else for parts. Prices are a little high but it beats running all over town.
