It takes awhile to get to know him, but he’s a good Dr. Their billing has improved over the years.

Been to two or three urologists before, but Dr Nixon is the first aggressive provider always a step ahead of painful reoccurring UTI. Aggressive imaging, laboratory work and drug therapy. Also he has a warm and friendly personality.

Dr. Nixon is one of the best urologists in the country. It is as simple as that. Too bad the group practice (Carson Urologists, Ltd) is so poorly run. They have the worst front office and business office around. They get billing entries wrong EVERY month. It takes an eternity to straighten their errors out. We’ve spent ages on the phone with them trying to iron out errors and confusion in their billing system. It happens over again every month or two. meanwhile, we stick with them because of the excellent mind and surgical hands that make that practice so good.
