VCM is the most professional and thorough company I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I’ve brought three of my cars to them in the past couple years, and regardless my young age or amount of damage to the car (other companies would use these as excuses for poor service) they have taken care of me efficiently, competently, and with the best customer service I could’ve asked for. Both Al and Rob are fantastic. You won’t want to take your business anywhere else.

Unfortunately, I have crashed my car more than once, Or I have had to have my roof painted on my van to keep it from rusting. Mark and Tara at VCM collision have always delivered first class service. I tell all my friends to go there if they get in a wreck, or have the wind blow their car door open too far. The quality of their paint job is first class. They really know how to match paint and to make it look just like the factory paint job. I highly recommend!

I’ve used VCM for bodywork over the last few years and am deliriously happy with their work. This time I needed to have a front undercarriage shield replaced while I waited. I was given a cup of coffee and offered a desk in the break room. Bernie even gave me a slice of homemade spice cake. A couple of hours later, when the work was finished, I was reluctant to leave. Everybody was so friendly and I felt so much at home. And they charged me only a third of an hour for labor. I look forward to my next collision knowing I will be treated fairly and hospitably.

The family run body and collision shop is FANTASTIC! They care about you, as a customer, and a person. Their work is impeccable! I have had many cars fixed here and they have well exceeded my expectations. The prices are fair and the quotes are accurate. I would never go anywhere else.
