Apparantly drinks are not«free» refills. There is currently a wirch who works Saturday mornings around 5−6am who has A mean face on when you bring carls coupons(like you are stealing profit from this franchise) Same lady who wears glasses looks like a brazzers reject also tells customers to pay her for drink refills and embarrasses me like I’m trying to steal more profits from her franchise! I frequent this Carl’s JR at least three to Five times a week and never have been hit up by a Carl’s Jr Employee to pay more than what is indicated for drinks or extra fees for refills. I think I will now frequent another location or start going to Jack in the box or McDonalds instead

These workers are slow, dumb and they can’t get an order right! I had to repeat myself 3 times just to get my order correct and then they had to reconfirm my order when I got to the window… Come on now people. I know it’s a holiday but you shouldn’t be slacking off at work either. Took 15 minutes to get a small drink and two chicken sandwiches with cheese… Like for real?!?

I almost never eat here. Had a taste for nachos and here I landed. The beans and cheese were not hot. I had to heat them up in the microwave. The cashier forgot how much money I gave her and had to ask. Really?! Working with money!!! Luckily, I was honest and told her so the drawer wouldn’t be short. The next person may not be. Smh

Just your average Carls Jr. Service was fast and got through a lunch rush with no problems. Great little location for those who work around the area and looking to get a quick bite. I was approached though by some loiterers. Kind of freaked me out, being that they came from some bushes on the side of the building. They asked me for change, but didn’t have any. They were cool, just some regulars trying to get by. If you can deal with that, the place is pretty cool.

I ordered the new breakfast at the drive-thru. I waited almost 12 minutes and they were still two cars ahead of me. I had to drive over a bunch of parking bumps to get out of the driveway just to get into the restaurant to get my food. I finally get my food and I open up the container, it’s cold, hardly any eggs and completely disappointed. I wasted more fuel waiting in the thru then the cost of my breakfast. I go inside and I explained to them the situation and they look at me like I’m the stupidest person in the world. I had to explain it for different times extremely slow just so they could understand it. You guys need to learn how to treat your customers better. set of having them just stand around like a bunch of cattle.

Had a late night stop here last night after a Galaxy game(Go Galaxy!) and the staff is ok, the place looked ok. They served our meal pretty quick. A lot of seating & plenty of parking. Young staff but they manage the place well. Tasted the bacon western with onion rings. Crispy onion rings and decent tasting burger. Also tried a bit of chili fries and not great at all.

I usually go to this location whenever I’m on a lunch break. Yesterday, I went through the drive thru around 11:00am and I ordered a famous with cheese, coke zero and fried zucchini. I had a coupon for zucchini so I was really happy to get it since I had saved some money. However, after driving off with my food in tow, I discovered that the zucchini weren’t cooked all the way. As a matter of fact they were ice cold. Whoever cooked them didn’t even care to cook them all the way. None of the zucchini was edible. The logical thing to do was to drive back to get another order; however, I only get 30 minutes for lunch so I couldn’t. I tried calling the number on the receipt but nobody answered the phone. This Carls Jr. Is notorious for not giving receipts. I always have to ask for my receipt. I would not ever recommend this Carls jr. There are better locations!@carlsjr #carlsjr

What a mess! I came to this Carl’s with a group of friends right before a Galaxy game at the Stub Hub Center. It wouldn’t have surprised me if the entire staff has experiencing their first day at the job because no one knew what they were doing and looked completely lost. Im gonna start off with the Number of staffing. If you know your restaurant is next to a stadium, make sure you schedule enough staff to accommodate for the traffic that will be entering your door for there are a lot of hungry sports fan that would like to grab a bite to eat before the game rather than spending $ 15 in the stadium. The cashier girl did not know how to take my order. I had to repeat it to her twice… and i only ordered TWO things!!! Then there was the waiting part. I calculated a total of 20 min to get my burger and chicken strips… 20MIN! Not to mention that i had to catch a game real soon. The lady who was delivering the trays to the customers tables seemed completely in no man’s land. I almost felt like jumping the counter to give them a hand. As i turned to the cashier girl, she was just standing in front of the register, staring off in to space with no inclination of helping in the kitchen. The food came out in a completely different order in which it was ordered.(amongst my friends) As we stepped into the car and drove off to the stadium, i took a bite of my Famous Star, and was the most disgusting famous star i had ever bitten into. I will not return to this Carl’s JR again. I would recommend other places around the area for a fast bite to eat.

Got a jalapeño turkey burger. Was pleasantly surprised great turkey burger. lots of flavor and at 490 calories a better choice for people looking to eat a little healthier. Service here was not bad quick and friendly one of the better Carl’s I’ve been to.

CJ’s would generally be a 3 star experience for me. However, this trip I gave in to the advertising and tried the Jalapeño Turkey burger and it was pretty dang good! Really nice heat from the jalapenos and the Santa Fe sauce, which was also very flavorful. The whole weat bun was a nice change and the burger patty itself was firm and had good flavor. Very nice option that I hope sticks around for a while. Also had the Memphis BBQ burger on this trip, and unfortunately it was just OK(3 star). Too sweet for my taste, but defnitely plenty of meat to rend between the beef patty and the pulled pork.

The drive-thru here is slow, and that is not acceptable at a Carl’s. They’re usually fast, and that’s a big reason I hit Carl’s often. They have a reputation to live up to and they did not. On the upside, the food is standard Carl’s, so you get the food you want.

Drive-thru is sooo slow. Have been here three times, and each time is a needlessly long wait. I only come here b/c its near my old school, and there are few other fast food options in the area. I like Carl’s Jr. but this one sucks.

I HATEFUCKINGICEBERGLETTUCE. I wanted a change from the same-oh same-oh at Mickie-Dees and opted for the Guacamole Turkey Burger with Fries and a Sm. Shake. The Burger was marginal… too much pepper and guess what, ICEBERGLETTUCE. I didn’t look like the picture and that was what I was expecting. If you don’t serve what you advertise, then advertise what you serve. Again, screwed again by Carl Karcher’s minions and I won’t be going back again for years. One Star.

What a disorganized mess this place is! I went here with an employee for a quick lunch to eat on the go. We used the drive-thru. We ordered a couple of burgers and fries and drinks, and in my head the total should have been about $ 12. However, the voice on the speaker said it was over $ 18. I asked speaker voice to repeat the order and I could actually hear the voice huff and puff like it was frustrated… but it repeated the right order. So, I figured speaker voice was confused and I’d straighten it out at the window. Nope. At the window, I was asked to pay the higher price. I stated that didn’t seem right, and asked the snippy girl to repeat the order. Apparently snippy girl and speaker voice are close friends. Snippy girl repeated the order correctly. Now faced with a dilemma, I gave her a twenty figuring I would straighten it out when I saw the contents of the bag. In a few minutes, out came a bag of food. No drinks, but food. Instead of 2 burgers and 2 fries, there were all kinds of other junk in there, and I mean a lot of it. BUTWAIT… out came a SECOND and THIRD bag full of crap I didn’t order. I had hit the food jackpot! The window slammed shut, and I was left there with all that food, a receipt for $ 32.18 unrelated to what I ordered or what I paid, my employee digging into the cornucopia that had just been dumped in his lap, and a man honking behind me. So… I left. The food I got… well, it was just ok. You would have thought I would get something great in all that stuff… but nothing was very good. If you like your dining experience roulette-style, this may be the perfect place for you.
