Anthony asked us for a deposit but did not provide a receipt. He said our policy was for 3 months and we didn’t have to pay again until Jan. He gave us our ID cards and everything looked ok until I called the insurance company to verify and they said our policy was not active. I went back to his office and he said he couldn’t sign us up. My question is how can he print up our id cards without activating a policy. Anyway we tried to get our money back but he said he had already signed us up with another insurance company and if I wanted to cancel he would have to deduct his hard work and the deposit he had made. This guy is a crooked and he is used to dealing with people who don’t speak English and who don’t have a clue how things work. I say he is crooked because we gave him cash but he paid the deposit with his personal credit card. And he still wants us to go to his office to make the monthly payments, what a joke. I said no thanks I would rather pay the company myself online. FYI his desk is a mess and he has stacks of paper all over the place not very professional at all.
