The owners of Hallie’s Curls© have spent several months, prior to the launch of our products, traveling overseas to obtain the finest human hair available to import to our manufacturing facility here in the USA. It was our goal to import a consistent premium grade hair line that would exceed all the industry’s standards. Following several months of testing final processing and development, the finest hair extension line was born! Hallie’s Curls© trends specializing in the «natural match» human hair extension. With more than three decades of operational and management experience, Hillary LeGrand has developed a keen eye for spotting inefficiencies in an organization, as well as, miscommunications between departments. Hillary has instituted systems in place for a sleeker, smoother, strategically focused organization. As an entrepreneur who quickly built her own successful hair extension business, she also empathetically helps other business owners set priorities and create the balance they want between life and work.

Her clients have ranged from Oil and Gas industries giants like Petrolite to Mom-​and-​Pop retail shops, with most having 10 or fewer employees and up to $ 1 million in annual sales.
