Best credit union in the state. They gave me my fist car loan 23 years ago and helped me get a credit card to go on a trip to DC without a problem. Great service and friendly staff.

i was about to go beyond and be in trouble with debt, but marvin reassured me that my harbor federal credit union team here in carson has my back and are there to help me in time of financial problems. i have never wrote a review about any bank or credit union due to i was skeptical and always had to do the run arounds and be denied afterwards, but now i am very satisfied and happy to be a customer of hfcu in carson, ca… your team rocks

I have banked with HEFCU for over 20+ years. Strong financially. Great service. Nice people. I could never understand why anyone would ever get a bank checking or savings account that charges you monthly fees. HEFCU has free ATMs. Also no charge ATMs at any 7/​Eleven. I’ve taken out several loans with good interest rates.

Worst credit union or bank I have banked with. The staff is rude and demeaning. Stay away. I will be soon closing my accounts at this establishment.
