Adrianne and Tara are magic! I like them each for different reasons.
Adrianne is super funny and also a fellow dancer so I loved that she could teach me certain exercises in dance terms! She’s also quite strong for such a small person. Tara is also super sweet and when I told her the exercises I enjoy doing when at the gym, she took the time to watch me do the exercises to critique and fix my form. She also gives amazing massages!
I highly recommend this place!

Easy going place and professional environment. I like the approach they have on the treatment. Lots of band exercises combined with body adjustments.
They have all the equipment you need to help you relax the muscles.
I recommend this place to family and friends.
