PLS Limousine

My family and I have been using Paramount Limousine for many years
and love their service and their professionalism. Their drivers are always on time and courteous and they always go the extra mile for us.
We get great rates too when we go to their website and book in advance.
Then someone from Paramount calls us immediately to confirm our reservation, plus they send out confirmation emails. We love that about them!
We recently booked a 10 passenger van for me and 6 family members with tons of luggage and we were all comfortable from our home to the airport and back. You won’t be sorry when you call Paramount Limousine.

Called a month in advance for a pick-​up to the airport. Checked online to find a reasonably priced option. This wasn’t the cheapest but seemed like a fair price for the service of a Lincoln Town Car.
Went for the rate I saw online then confirmed the rate over the phone with an employee for a Lincoln Town Car and was repeatedly specific about the car desired so there was no confusion. After tips and taxes which are automatically added the rate was significantly different but I figured it would be the same anywhere else.
When I had paid and received my confirmation e-​mail the car type listed was a class below the one requested and confirmed over the phone. When addressing the issue with a representative she said she wanted to give me the best deal necessary and to reserve a Town Car would have cost more but I will probably get one anyway. After addressing how vague ‘probably’ is she bumped that to just short of a guarantee, still vague.
Looking to use this as a test to see how they handle the situation I wasn’t surprised when the car arrived and it was a much smaller import. I don’t need to have a Town Car for my standards but I do need to have a company be honest with me and give me a premium product for a premium price. My vanity can handle being transported in a less than luxury vehicle but my tolerance for deceptive and dishonest business practices will not abide.
The two stars are for the driver himself who was a nice guy and helpful. Even though the company had him at the airport fifteen minutes before he was supposed to pick me up and it was only because of an uncharacteristic break in L.A. traffic that he was able to speed to Hollywood and be on time. On our trip back to LAX the opposite flow of traffic seen was back to the stop and go L.A. standards.
Disorganized and dishonest company that does not deserve your money. I will not use this business again and I imagine you can find better as well.

Really disappointing limo ride. This was supposed to be an expensive luxury but in this case it was merely expensive – there was nothing luxurious about it. The limo was dirty and the bar was stocked with 4 waters, 6 sodas and a tiny bit of melted ice – for 18 riders. The stereo didn’t work so there was no music and the phone to speak to the driver was dead so we were essentially trapped. I would never use this company again. Hopefully they will be fair and leave this review up. The one and only thing they got right was being on time – not worth the money.

Horrible company. They were supposed to take us to the port so we could leave on our cruise, and they never showed up. They had already billed our credit card, and we had a written confirmation. We almost missed our ship… so frustrating! Then, they billed us for the return trip too! We ended up having to dispute the charges on our credit card, and eventually got them reversed. But it was a nightmare… and they didn’t even apologize (just said «Really, nobody picked you up?»).

Just wanted to add an update since my previous posting. I have not yet taken the limo service again but after the owner of the company heard about the lack of service he immediately contacted my aunt and tried to make things right. He was definitely more helpful than the previous lady who had contacted my aunt and basically told her «oh well». Since his initial contact, the owner and followed up with my aunt to check in and make sure things were better. For this i have increased their star rating. I hope this kind of thing never happens again.
