Great customer service! Upon walking into Home Depot, I needed a new key made. Knowing the size of Home Depot, I figured I might be here for a while since I don’t know my way around. I requested a few workers to point me in the direction for the key making. In a matter of 5 minutes, a worker was making my new key. All the workers I approached were very helpful.
Another thing I noticed, was a worker offering an older woman customer service in excellence in which she set the example for how customer service should be. I didn’t get to catch her name.

Messed up 2 of my orders. Promised me that I’ll get my carpet in a few days but then I get a call from a girl who can’t speak English-​actually I think it was the phone, breaking up, I just said ok and decided to go in. Found out she was trying to tell me the carpet I ordered is in back order for a month. She got defensive and told me I said ok. My carpet at home was already ripped out. I can’t imagine living on concrete floors for a month. So whether I said ok on the phone I need to cancel or order something else. No one could help me at the time. So I cancelled the carpet but I kept the wood floor order because that was in stock. So on Monday I waited all day and no one showed up. I called but no one knew anything about the wood floor. I tried again and I ordered 2 rug pieces. Bad mistake. Received only 1 and it was terrible. It shed all over the house and it smelled horrible. I went to the customer service counter. Returned the stinky rug and asked them to cancel the 2^nd one that never showed up. After waiting for 15 minutes they told me that if I don’t receive the 2^nd one in 3 days to come back. A week later when I returned to say I did not receive the rug they couldn’t refund me because I ordered them online even if they never sent the second one. They assured me that I will be refunded on my next billing cycle. I waited 2 months and no refund. So I went back to the store asked them for the phone number so I can handle it myself but they wouldn’t give me the number telling me that I can’t have that department’s phone number. I can only handle it through them, where I am supposed to pick up. After 6 months later customer service gave me a store gift card.

If I could post a 0 I would. Customer services is haphazardly the worst ever seen! They have no consideration for the local contractor, undertrained understaffed and completely rude. Same lumber in the same spot (all junk) for 3 damn days. I’ve came back 3 separate times and its the same damn junk. They need to restock and seem to not give a shit. As a contractor I’m appalled at the way the pro desk is ran. They do not acknowledge or attempt to bring an obvious contractor to their desk and proceed to check them out when all they’re doing is just standing around bullshiting with product reps and that’s plain out unprofessional secondly they have carts all over the contractors side of the parking lot and no one can ever park so your forced to load your truck 4 rows over next to homeowner and do it yourself peoples cars which is a potential disaster in itself. Boooo to you and consider mine and any other contractors business I know GONE!!!

I dread coming to this Home Depot, like most others. It feels like I spend way more time in here than necessary because good help is hard to find. Assistants are never near the aisles where people seem to need the most help. Yet, you will see several employees sitting in sections such as cabinets and blinds, doing absolutely nothing and helping absolutely no one!
I can’t stand the parking lot. The entry door is on one side and exit door on the complete opposite. If you park toward one end to go in, you’ll walk a nice distance back to your car. Even if you park in the «middle» it’s still a distance. And I! I believe that’s the stupidest thing.

Horrible service at the paint department, the person named Emilio was very rude. Gave an attitude over a simple question, gave an attitude when the other worker asked if we were being helped. If you don’t like your job, why are you there. I guess he woke up on the wrong side of the bed. One thing he needs to work on is too smile.

Egh employees are usually helpful. But the girls always seem as if they can not be bothered here. Whether it’s to make a purchase, return, or payment. I only come here because it’s close to home compared to lowes. Kind of upset that they no longer were allowed to strap your Christmas trees on to your car.

Horrible customer service walked around looking for associates in different departments three of my three visits today and found a big group of meeting in the back in the roofing area with the manager there’s like 10 people standing around talking instead of taking care of their customers unbelievable I asked to speak to a manager they never even bother calling the manager supposedly her name is Sarah.
I found cashiers employees too busy talking laughing doing other stuff and I felt like every time I went out to ask somebody for something I was interrupting their conversation thank God I won’t have to come back to this Home Depot again.
No customer service representative you can never find employees
you have to walk around look around like you’re playing hide and seek with them.
The only person that was helpful, polite and actually tried to be helpful was the cashier her name was Katherine.

We rented a power washer from this home depot. We took it home and it worked for about an hour and then broke down. We would start it up and it would work for about 20 minutes and then die. After a few hours of trying to keep the thing started we took the washer back. Unfortunately, the guy that rented the washer to us was no longer around. The guy that was there at the time we returned the power washer must have previously been a hermit because he barely said a word. When he wanted us to sign for the exchanged power washer he just grunted and pointed. Very bizarre! Not sure how he even got hired since his vocabulary only consisted of a handful of words. There are plenty of people looking for work, why not hire someone who wants to be there. Needless to say, we will not be going to this Home Depot again!

Don’t shop here unless you want to be ACCOSTED by non-​Home Depot employees approaching you and asking you if you are a homeowner. I went in tonight to purchase several inexpensive lighting fixtures and TWICE was approached by different people (Obviously trying to sell me a product of some sort) who asked me if I was a homeowner. I should be able to come into the store and buy products without being accosted by salespeople asking about my economic status. When I told one guy it was none of his business, he responded that it really was his business. I went on and picked up my products only to be asked by another person, this one a lady named Gloria wearing a Home Depot Apron. I complained… but don’t think they cared.

I went there the other day to buy a new drill. When I went to the cashier to checkout, she cuts open the factory tape and examines the items. I looked at her shocked and she doesn’t even offer an explanation. I understand that people shoplift, but this is where I draw the line. Treating your customers like criminals is not ok.

After coming every month for their kids workshops and enjoying every single one with my kids, today I just have to give 5 stars. They are throwing one big extravagant party with hot dogs, snacks, drinks and a jumper. We even got to meet Homer for the first time. Gotta love Home Depot!

Their staff is widely available and they’re very friendly. They’re willing to help you out at any given time.

From now on, I am going to do business with The Home Depot in comparison to Lowes.

Every Home Depot has always had great Customer Service but this one in particular was by far the BEST service I have ever had! Stephanie was Amazing! I wish every employee in the world was as awesome as she is! I was actually smiling. Thank you Stephanie! You deserve an employee of the month award! Great job on your employee Home Depot!

This is a review for Home Depot Black Friday. My mom, sister and I have gone the last two years now and we’ll keep coming back.
First of all THANK YOU for being closed on Thanksgiving and keeping the tradition of Black Friday in the early morning only (5−6am).
Secondly the $ 1 poinsettia flowers are a great door buster and gift for family and friends during the holiday season.
What was so nice about this year at this location is that they provided donuts for people in line and even had a mariachi band playing in the store. Really puts us in the festive mood and shows great hospitality and service to customers. The staff was very helpful knowing where items were at and the cashiers were patient and took their time to ring us up correctly.
We’ll be back next year as well as throughout the year :)

Customer service is good what I don’t like is that I want to buy a slice doors for my bathroom and they cost pretty cheap 595 that is one quarter glass and I tell them I don’t one ¼ glass I won ³⁄₈ glass and they told me it cost 575 + the 590 just for the glass:(

I am a General Contractor… The reason I’m updating My review is that I would like to alert Home Depot head office that this particular store has it’s ducks in the proverbial row… I haven’t visited this branch in a while, I never know where My next job may be located.
And as a frequent customer of multiple HD branches, this one is doing an amazing job…

Like any Home Depot you can’t beat the selection but if you see a guy in slacks and a dress shirt walking up and down an isle for thirty minutes you think you could help a brother out :(
So almost an hour into my ordeal a nice girl pages someone to the lighting area where I am … Really nice guy but he just agrees with everything that I’m saying
I need your expert help dammit lol stop agreeing with a person who knows nothing

Probably not … Amazon or even Home Depot. Com would be a better choice for your needs but if your in a bind and need something ASAP then head over.

I’ve been to a lot of Home Depots in the last few months buying things to fix up the house. Overall the impression I have of Home Depot is to not rely on good customer service and not to expect too much from the people working there. A lot of them don’t seem to know much are are very untrained. Some don’t seem to want to be there and can be very rude. Their online pickup service seems like a great idea until I tried it several times and it doesn’t work as advertised. Refunds for items bought online are also a big pain and I’ve been bounced around from store to store to online phone service back to store.
That’s why I was so happy to actually have some good customer service when I came to this store location!
I was actually at the Garden location trying to buy a reel mower (earth friendly one that doesn’t use gas and you just push it) and they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock. I snagged a Home Depot associate to see if there were more in stock but unfortunately not. He assured me though that Carson had a few and that it would be the same clearance price as the one in Gardena. My husband and I drove over and found the mower… but it wasn’t the same price.
That’s when customer service came in. We went up to the counter to ask if the price was wrong and if we could get it at the clearance price we saw in Gardena. Christina and Evelyn were the ones helping us and they informed us that the other person was wrong and that clearance prices were for each store only. We were both annoyed of course and asked if there was anything they could do since we were told it would be the same price and had driven from another location. Christina offered us 10% off but it still wouldn’t have been the same. We were about to leave it with them when she decided to give us the same price at the other store!
In our experiences at other Home Depots the customer service is average at best. We were surprised that Christina and Evelyn were so nice and actually helped us out.
Another point for this store is from another encounter with an associate during the same visit. We had run off to grab some other items before checking out and I asked someone where an item was. He didn’t just tell me the aisle number he actually led me to the item.
Big points for this Home Depot location, or at least those three people. There are doing a great job and I hope that other people at Home Depot would be like them.

Horrible customer service. I get it there’s a policy for picking up online packages, but I had proof from my email, which was my first and last name that I purchased something online. Only problem was that it was under my dad’s name, but in the email it clearly said pick up email as my first and last name. The lady said she couldn’t give it to me cuz I’m not the pick up person or the alt pick up person even if my e-​mail was proof enough. I can’t stand people who play by the book, even when I have proof in my hands. She said the only way she could release the package was that she needed my dad’s ID. SERIOUSLY, my address on my ID is the same as the address in the system, she couldnt go based off of that?! Not a good way to start my Friday morning.
So my dad went to go pick it up and the guy didn’t even ask for ID and just asked for a last name. My mom complained about my situation to the guy and he said «kids here sometimes play by the book, I always give it to the wife or children because I understand.» So glad to know that there’s an understanding worker that’s there and that he called them kids because sure enough, policy is policy but if there’s proof that you’re related or have the same address on the ID and rhe system, then you should be handing it over.
