The Renaissance at City Center is a 150 luxury apartment community with one, two, and three bedroom units. We are conveniently located near the 405 freeway in the City of Carson.

My husband and I lived here for about 2 years. Love the staff! They were always there to help and responded to maintenance requests within 24 hours. Also, the building is very quiet. Even when there are parties or large groups in the parlor lounge area you cannot hear them in your apartment. The amenities are amazing. I didn’t even need a gym membership.
Unfortunately, we had to move out because of a work change. The move was very simple. We didn’t even have to break our lease.
Thank you Amanda and Mac for a wonderful living experience.

I stopped by with a neighbor to see what the Renaissance has to offer. I must say I was very impressed. I was hesitant because of the urban location, but once you’re inside it’s so quiet it feels like an oasis in downtown Carson.
Amanda is very knowledgeable and explained to us what all the expenses would be, i.e., rent, pet rent, gas, water, sewer. The only downside is that there is a waiting list, but then again, that speaks well of The Renaissance. It is worth waiting for. I highly recommend this complex and urge you to take a look.

The apartments here are absolutely gorgeous!
I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to take a tour with Amanda. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and inviting. She showed me the model unit along with all the amenities that the Renaissance offers, and I was thoroughly impressed. Carson has not seen quality or luxury living like this! Amanda really did know every tenant by name. I could tell that management really cares about keeping their tenants happy and that itself was enough to sell the apartment for me!

By far the best customer service experience that I have ever had while apartment hunting! The Sales specialist was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help me find my apartment! The Sales specialist at Renaissance at City Center is a one person operation and she is a ROCK STAR! Nowadays you rarely find a sales person who is genuinely interested in helping you find what you’re looking for and all I can say is that Amanda was not only dedicated to helping me find a home but she knew all of the residents in the community by name! I felt like it would be a truly ridiculous decision to not live in a community that cares that much about the people who live there! Thank you Amanda!
