While we love our new Kia Sorento very much, the experience after the sale really left a bad taste in my mouth. One of the things I was told by the salesman Dexter was that they offered «Lifetime Oil Changes & Tire Rotations». I asked if I could take advantage of this program at other Kia dealers, and Dexter confirmed I could. When it came time for my first oil change, I took it to my local dealer, and was told I did not have such a plan. I contacted Dexter, who actually said «Oh the ‘Lifetime Oil Changes and Tire Rotations’ just means that you can bring the car to us for those services, and we will do them. It doesn’t mean FREE. You would still have to pay.» WTF? Seriously? That is deceptive advertising. I lodged a formal complaint with Kia Corporate. (The customer service rep at Kia was equally shocked by this.) I would not trust anything the team at Metro Kia tells you — they are only interested in making the sale. After that, you are on your own.

We love our new Kia. We live in Kennesaw and were going to buy locally, but Larry (salesman) was so nice and genuine over email and phone calls we decided to drive to Cartersville to make our purchase. We weren’t disappointed. Small dealership compared to some others but all the staff was friendly and helpful. Larry’s sister actually sold us our car. She helps him on the weekends because Larry usually is
Booked up with customers. I can see why, he is honest, straightforward, and kind. Not the usual you would expect from your typical car salesman. We also are very happy with our vehicle. We bought the Sorrento and love how it looks and handles. Great overall experience! We will be back for our next purchase that’s for sure!
