Established in 2003.

Since opening its doors in 2003, the mission of Fondak Dental has been to improve oral health by providing the best possible dental care in the Carthage, Watertown, and Greater Northern New York area. The team of Specialists and General Dentists Dr. Fondak has assembled excels in patient care and is committed to providing exceptional dental treatment.

Business Owner

Hi,

Most people refer to me as Dr. Fondak, but you can call me Jeff. I did my undergraduate studies at SUNY Stony Brook and continued on to earn my degree in dentistry from Emory University School of Dentistry. Since earning my degree, I have become board certified in Prosthodontics at the Brooke Army Medical Center.

I spent the majority of my career in the military as a Prosthodontist. After my 24 years of service ending my military career as a Colonel, I decided to focus my career on private practice patient care in Northern New York State. I have spent the last 10 years building a practice with a patient first mentality. Working alongside many of the finest dental specialists in the army, My practice has grown to provide exceptional and encompassing patient care to the North Country.

When I am not improving the dental health of my patients, I enjoy traveling and watching a good ball game.
