Was very happy with the service Chad provided. My computer was running very slow and I was having problems with important programs. He could have told me I needed a new hard drive or tried to sell me something. Instead he assured me I have a good powerful machine that just needed a good cleaning. He said I shouldn’t have to replace it anytime soon. Plus he stands by his work, and assured me that if it started acting up again he wouldn’t charge me. I would recommend his service to anyone in the area.

Chad was a great help. He saved all my pictures and documents. He also assessed the problems with my computer and helped me make a decision on a new model. He then transferred my saved information to my new computer. I am so thankful for his help. He truly understands the needs of someone who isn’t a computer expert. He works very quickly. I highly recommend his service.
