Charles Ullman has been practicing family law since 1993, after receiving his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2000, he founded Charles Ullman & Associates, where his practice is focused on divorce, child custody, child support, visitation, alimony, post-​separation support, equitable distribution, alienation of affection and criminal conversation.

Our mission is simple, and always has been. We want to help clients resolve all legal issues that arise out of their family law matter so they can move on with their life.

Charles R. Ullman has been practicing law since 1993. After seven years, he decided to found his own firm — Charles R. Ullman & Associates. Since 2000, the firm has taken great pride in serving Raleigh, North Carolina and surrounding communities with all matter of family law needs, offering compassionate and professional legal service.

Mr. Ullman is Board Certified by the North Carolina State Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization in Family Law. When he received this certification, less than 300 lawyers throughout North Carolina had received this distinction.

He graduated Cum Laude from Campbell University, where he received his B.A. in Government /​Pre-​law. While at Campbell, Charles met the woman who would become his wife. They were married shortly after Mr. Ullman received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina a
