Fast Lube Plus

You can always trust the team at Fast Lube. I have been taking all of my vehicles here since they opened and have never been disappointed. I know my car is in good hands and the customer service is great too. Way better taking your vehicle to a family run business instead of some chain that doesn’t have your best interest at heart. Definitely take your car here!

I have been taking my car to Tommy and his guys at Fast Lube Plus since I was 16 years old and just starting to drive. It was close to my house and convenient. I have since moved to the opposite side of town, purchased my first home, and started a family. Still now, years later, I make the drive across town whenever something needs to be done, or a light comes on. They are always patient and explain exactly whats wrong and how it needs to be fixed. I haven’t always been able to afford every repair but Tommy would let me know what needed to be done right away and what I could wait on.
They are always courteous, remember my name, and check on me after long road trips, making sure my car is always good to go, and more importantly safe. Fast Lube Plus is definitely that neighborhood auto repair shop that is trustworthy, honest, and reliable. I hate to take my car to anyone else.

Best place ever! My family and I started going to Fast Lube Plus ten years ago for oil changes and inspections. Now we take the cars to Tommy and his staff for EVERYTHING! The staff is honest and professional, NEVER high pressure sales. In fact just the opposite! They tell me what needs to be done now, and what can wait for a few months! :) The one time that they were unable to fix a problem, they told me exactly what needed to be done, and gave me a ball park figure of what the cost should be (so I wouldn’t get ripped off), and then checked on me and the car afterwards! Now that’s service! I highly recommend Fast Lube Plus. GREAT STAFF, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT MANAGER! And Fast, too…

I took my car to Fast Lube Plus for an oil change b/​c I had a coupon. They tried to up sell me on fuel induction cleaning, air filters etc. I said no to everything & they seemed very annoyed. A month later my check engine light comes on. I took my car to Triple A where we usually go & Tripple A calls me to tell me nothing is wrong with my car, someone had unplugged the IMRC valve. I obviously did not do this myself, they said this isn’t something that just falls out, it was done intentionally. I confronted the manger to who denied it and said perhaps they knocked it out while changing the filter, which is impossible because they didn’t change it. He said I should have brought my car back to him — ha! That’s exactly what he wanted, so he could charge me a $ 100 diagnostic fee and make up a fake problem to fix. No thanks.
We go to triple A in Cary and have always gotten fair prices and honest people. If you’re looking for trustworthy people, I would go there. Definitely will not ever do oil changes anywhere else from now on.

This is where we always take our cars for inspection. You usually can drive right up and they are quick and efficient without trying to sell you a while bunch of stuff that you don’t need. They also have wifi, so you can get online while they are working on your car.

They have a quick drive through Laser Wash. The wash does a good job, although you will have to dry your vehicle off.
They also change oil and auto repair here also. They us Castrol oil.
