I joined Flicko’s (as an employee) in April of this year. I love it! The owner is great and the people are awesome. We take pride in the services we offer and stand behind the products we help to create. Life isn’t perfect and neither are we, but we genuinely care about helping to preserve your memories. It is most regrettable that the last reviewer had a bad experience. It is my understanding that an offer was made to make it right. It is understandable that a person could be disappointed with a conversion even though the source material is bad. Typically, I see nothing but smiling faces and happy customers. I wish all of you, happy memories.

Do not take your VHS tapes here. I was told that it would take a week to convert to DVD’s. After two weeks I still didn’t hear from him. He said he would call when finished. He just needed 15 more minutes. Needless to say, two days later I still hadn’t heard from him. I called and was told the tapes were finished. Unfortunately, the quality is horrible and there is a bad high pitched sound on all of the DVD’s. There is no Chapter or Main Menu. The DVD quality is worse than what you would get if you did it yourself at home. Horrible customer service and even worse product. I would NEVER go back here.
