I will continue to do business with you because of the professionalism and quality work ethic of this crew. They arrived on time. They were very personable. Fredy expertly explained every additional piece of work that was found in addition to the work order and the ramifications of not performing it. They showed me pictures before and after the repair and also the replaced damaged part. I was not at all worried about the security of my premises while they were here like I am now while another company has a crew doing repairs on my neighbors house. Fresh and Felipe had all the necessary tools. The weather blessed us and they completed the work on schedule. And like a good backwoods hiker/​camper, they picked up after

I contacted this company for help on a plumbing issue in March. Trent took my information amd told me he would be in contact. However, I NEVER heard from him again. Even when I tried to contact him a second time, I heard nothing back. It became very obvious that he had no intention of providing anything more than bad customer service.
