Linda Huang Tolentino is a Licensed Acupuncturist specializing in gentle Japanese style acupuncture. Her treatment goal is to help her patients achieve their optimal health, inside and out. Her treatments may include cupping, gwasha, tuina, magnet therapy, tuina, and aromatherapy. She also offers nutritional counseling, exercises and several detox programs to assist her patients on their road to health and wellness. Linda works within two holistic wellness centers in Cary and in Durham. She treats patients as young as middle schoolers to the elderly.

Linda’s focus is to treat the symptoms of stress such as migraines/​headaches, back/​neck pain, sleeplessness, anxiety, depression, weight fluctuations, gastrointestinal issues, menstrual issues, chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, allergies, any chronic conditions that can only be treated with medications.

Linda re-​established her private acupuncture practice in the Triangle area in 2013 after moving to the Raleigh-​Durham area in mid-​2012 from Boston where she had a thriving acupuncture practice for over 4 years.

The Western Wake Wellness Center is a holistic wellness center opened in 2013 by a family doctor, physician’s assistant and chiropractor. Their goal is to provide their patients with the best, all around health care possible by including complementary health care providers such as licensed acupuncturists, massage therapists, psychologists, and licensed nutritionists.

Being a licensed acupuncturist is Linda’s third career. Linda has spent over 5 years in the Investment Industry, over 12 years in the telecommunications industry as an account manager responsible in growing a $ 3 million territory. She understands what stress can do to a person’s mind, body and spirit. She began seeking acupuncture treatments to deal with the stress of being a working mother and continued in order to keep her sanity and health. After almost 20 years in corporate America, Linda chose to return to school to obtain her Masters in Acupuncture in order to help others deal with the stressors of modern life.
