Murdock & Gannon Construction

My husband and I had Murdock & Gannon build our home in Massey Preserve. It was everything we hoped it would be. The process was fairly painless– even being finished before the expected date. We had independent inspections done at pre-​drywall and pre-​closing and there was little that was discovered during those inspections, and what things came up, Jeff Murdock had already been aware of and was getting corrected. With M&G you get a lot of upgrades included– for example, our floor plan has (included) coffered dining room ceilings, tray ceiling in the master bedroom, marble sinks, granite countertops, fireplace, a mudroom with beadboard, ceiling fans in the master bedroom & living room, and nice details such as transoms in the butler’s pantry from the kitchen to the dining room. Jeff was on-​site twice a day and kept in close communication with us. He was a pleasure to work with. I’d highly recommend them!
