I have been very happy with Shailesh Patel. Great service, great «bed manners» if you will. I really like his use of HD cameras so you can really see what condition your teach are in. Some of his staff sometimes try to sell you on procedures (a bit Jiffy-​Lube-​esque, if you ask me) but he never has.
