Smoke For Less

I write this review solely based on the customer service (or lack thereof) I got over the phone when I called. I wanted to make sure the store sold specific pieces for my vapor pen (coils, liquids, etc) before I drove all the way out there. The guy that answered the phone seemed like I was annoying him just by asking simple questions. His answers were curt and uninviting. I was so displeased I just ended up going to another store. Definitely not a good first impression of the business for me.

They now stock the best name brand Joye Tech electronic cigarettes and accessories, that allow you to refill them. They also have USA made e-​juice or nicotine liquid for the refillable ecigs. Their prices are compatible with others in the area. Most of the local stores, including the one I frequent in Apex, are affiliated with Mountain Vapors, who run a shop in N. Raleigh and also have a booth at the Flea Market. They had a clearomizer for sale at this shop, but it was marked incorrectly, he could not sell it, so I purchased a cartomizer instead. They don’t have a wide selection of the ejuices. But I did try Strawberry from here. The Apex tobacco store is where I usually purchase my ecig supplies, they have some of other newer ecigs and only sell Joye Tech. They have the new Twist which is a variable voltage model and the new eCab, which is a cigarette size electric model. I just wanted to see what they had here. Nothing new.

I just called this store to see if they sell refill cartridges for blu cig electronics cigarettes. He said yes. I asked if they have flavors other than menthol or regular. He said «we have the liquid». The very next thing he said was, «I have to go now because I have a customer.» We ended the call. I will not be going to this location if this is any indication of the customer service I’ll encounter.
