Swift Creek Bluffs is a 23-acre nature preserve in Wake County owned and managed by the non-profit Triangle Land Conservancy. Swift Creek Bluffs is open to the public for free every day from dawn to dusk. A 1-mile trail takes visitors through a swamp or along Swift Creek to the signature Beech Bluffs. From there, loop back to the entrance or continue up the «Stairway to Heaven» which meets up with the Birkhaven Greenway Trail.
