They just called after my boss hung up on them the first time, he called right back and I answered. He asked who handles the website, I said I do and that we are not interested. He replied with «Well I haven’t even said anything so how do you know if you’re interested or not?» with a snarky, condescending voice. I said «Fine, what?» He said «Your website is not coming up on the NATIONAL word search.» I stopped him there and said no thanks and hung up. I am so sick of these cold calls. It wastes my time. We are a small business that ONLY does business in a small area. We DO NOT want to be on a national word search campaign. Also, if you think throwing attitude around will get you business YOU ARE WRONG! Whoever handles the training of your employees should be re-​trained on CUSTOMER SERVICE. He also did not give a name.
Hint guys, when someone right off the bat understands that it’s just «one» of those calls AGAIN and says they are not interested– STOP THERE!
