Triangle Nephrology and Internal Medicine, P.A. was established in December 1991 by Balubhai N. Patel, M.D. Our practice is conveniently located in the heart of Cary, North Carolina. Our physicians and staff are committed to provide quality healthcare to each individual patient and to recognize the value of each patient.
