I wish I had read the earlier reviews. When I pulled up to get my car wash the signage is so poorly placed I had no clue about where to put my car, that was the first problem. Second problem, I got out to go in and pay for the wash and one of the workers screamed at me like I was a common criminal and I will quote you «Get back in your car!» no other directions, no customer service on what I should do next. So, I tried to ask him where do I pay, he completely ignored me and walked off. Needless to say you don’t treat somebody like that and no you will not get my service.

I wish I could give this place a zero. Me and my husband have never been treated so poorly at an establishment EVER.
Pulled in this weekend said we wanted the $ 5 special. It was our first time there and the guy said I’ll move the cones so you can go out. Me and my husband couldn’t figure out why he wanted us to go the wrong way (leave) to get our car washed. Until the guy started laughing at us. We asked why are you laughing he said I just can’t believe someone would want the $ 5 car wash.
We said that’s what it says on your sign. He said again I’ll move the cones so you can go out (leave)…I asked, «do you work here?» He said sort of… sometimes…
He preceded to go kick the cones out of the way and we left. We will never go back and have told all of our friends that this place is a joke.
I have a feeling the jerk we were dealing with was the owner. TERRIBLE customer service. What a JOKE. Don’t see how this business can last long.

Never again. The service is awful, and the employees are consistantly unfriendly.
I’ve paid for their top priced wash three times, and each time they did a subpar job at best. Today was my last visit, when they used dirty rags to clean the interior of my car. My car reeked of lavander scented sewage as I drove off the lot. This is a bold concept to get customers to come back, but I’m just not understanding it. The dark and dismal aura of the retail area should have been enough warning to stay away.
The owners need to get with the times or get left behind. Customers have been writing bad reviews of this business for years, and still the owners either don’t know or don’t care enough to change.

Shoddy work and very poor customer relations. Roy, the manager/​owner, doesn’t care about the quality of work nor does he care about customer satisfaction. If you are left with a dirty car, don’t try taking it back around for re-​cleaning. Roy will refuse to make a customer happy. I’ve tried more than once to give them the benefit of the doubt, but never again. Roy needs to back to California from where he came. (Roy, when a business has more negative reviews than positive, you’re not doing something right — get a clue).

I have got to say first I have not been going here for the pass few months due to the lack of attention to detail. Today I was in a hurry and where I have been going takes a while to wash and wax. I must say they did an outstanding job today. They spent more time on my then ever before. I will be using this car wash more now. Great job today thanks!

I purchased a new car and stopped by there to see if they would wash by hand and hand wax, they said no to a hand wash so they have lost my business.

Looks like every other year for a review for this place… and it hasn’t gotten any better. While the wash wasn’t too bad, most of my car had some remnants of the grease and whatever else the «drying» rag picked up from the last car (and probably from wiping down the rims and door trim of the last car (or mine.) I didn’t notice it when I picked up the car since it was in the shade. Plus, the vacuum job on the carpets left too much behind, and the car was pretty clean to begin with. I’ve always washed my cars but recently found it more difficult to handle so have tried this place a couple times. Just don’t do it!
Windows looked like they were wiped with the same rags, and they didn’t even get the windows clean of the dirt on them. And this is in Arizona where cars stay clean for weeks (if it’s not Monsoon time!)

This place drives me crazy! Am sitting here watching them let my car sit in the sun and bake dry while cars that came through after mine go into the shade. They overcharge and under service every time I come here! It’s like the customers are an imposition. There are now 5 cars in the shade while mine bakes. Is there no management ever working here? You have a great facility, use it! Infuriating.

On their best day it might take upwards of 45 min to get your vehicle washed. Not only are the customers unhappy with this place but so are the employees. My last and final visit here went just as bad as all the others. I asked for the Deluxe wash, they told me only one person showed up to work and all they could do was wash the outside –_-”…this turned out to be the equivalent of your typical gas station auto wash.

I’ve spent too much money here and will never give them another dime.
After a camping trip we took our SUV here and paid extra to have it cleaned. When we got home we realized they had not put an insert back in the cup holder and they also did not clean out the back. When we took it back they said they don’t clean out the cargo areas even though we paid extra for that (the car wash down the street from them always does).
We decided to give them another chance last spring and took a car in to get detailed before selling it. After paying around $ 100 my husband brought it home and it looked like they hadn’t touched it. When he took it back they said they forgot to do the inside of the car (they had it for 1 ½ hours). When my husband brought it home again the floor mats were missing. He turned around and went back for a third time and they didn’t even really seem to care about what all they had put us through.
From now on I will definitely go to the other places in town, not only do they do a good job but they are very friendly and go out of their way for you.

I can’t stand this establishment for two reasons.
First, they do a sub-​par job at cleaning cars. I’ve been there three times, and every time, I have to point out missed spots to the attendant. The last time (which really will be the last time), they didn’t even touch the wheels and they still had a build-​up of brake dust when they tried handing me the key. This alone is reason enough to avoid a car wash place… they suck at car washes.
Second, the owners seem to maintain some kind of grumpy anti-​labor attitude that shows as you’re navigating through the retail area of cheap trinkets to pay for your wash. They have signs posted around informing washees that they’ve been simply FORCED to raise prices on car washes because the evil government has forced them to pay their employees more than minimum wage. You know, the ones slaving outside in 110 degree heat while the owners are sipping Icees behind a rack of tree-​shaped air fresheners and Dean Martin CDs. Excuse me while I get out the world’s tiniest violin…
Stay away. Even if you despise the minimum wage laws, stay away. There are far better places in town with far nicer owners, such as Wash ‘N’ Roll just west on Florence, and Casa Grande Car Wash on Trekell.
