Billing Policies:

All rent is due on the 1^st of each month. No exceptions will be made. If rent is not received by the 5^th of the month, a $ 10.00 late fee will be charged. A management overlock will also be placed on your unit and you will be denied gate access. If rent remains unpaid after 35 days, an additional $ 10.00 late fee will be charged and an auction notice will be mailed to you.

We do NOT pro-​rate rent when you move out. It is in your best interest to move out as close to the end of the month as possible. Any days used into the following month will be charged the entire month’s rent.

A $ 10.00 Administrative Setup Fee is charged when moving in. This is a one-​time non-​refundable fee.

Storage Policies:

Storage units are for storage. Working in or around units will not be allowed.

Keep your unit locked at all times. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Insure your belongings. We are not responsible for any damage to your pro perty.

Notify the office ASAP when you will be vacating so that we can prepare to have your unit available for rent to other tenants.

Do not dump any trash in or around the facility and/​or dumpster area. A dumping fee will be charged!

Upon vacating your unit, please be sure to clean your unit. A cleaning fee will be charged if we have to clean up after you.

Notify the office immediately upon vacating so your unit can be inspected.
