This place is great. I’ve only had their breakfast when I’ve gone there, even at lunchtime, but it has always been really good and their service is great. I’ve tried several things off the menu and liked them all, but once I tried the breakfast tamales. Tamales are a lot of work and these are amazing. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

America… F$%$ YEAH! Sorry for the pseudo-profanity…but Eggington’s classic décor, staff, clients, and location… it all feels just so… so…so…AMERICAN! I love Brunch… F$%$ YEAH! I love coffee… even more so when a carafe is included. I love Eggington’s Triple Berry Belgian waffle and with eggs and bacon. I love Melanie the waitress whom took very good care of us. I love the Unilocal App for helping me find this adorable restaurant in the little Casper WY. Gawd Bless Eggington’s! And Amurr’ca!

This is a cool brunch place right downtown. I had the pancakes stuffed with granola along with bacon and eggs. The eggs were a bit underdone and I’m not sure how healthy those pancakes were but they tasted great! The coffee is served with the«leave behind pot» on the table. I ordered the fresh squeezed orange juice, but the party of two next to us ordered a couple of Bloody Marys(celery and olives as garnish) here on a Monday. Retirement must be awesome! In addition, there’s an impressive selection of breakfast skillets as well as French toast(dipped in custard), and pancakes stuffed with pork belly(yep, pork belly). If it’s too late in the morning, there are burgers on the menu for a lunch time meal. I must say the service was very good and efficient. On the way out, I noticed you could purchase blueberry muffins or even extremely LARGE cinnamon rolls to go! Would I come back to Eggingtons? Yes, most definitely!

Food is consistently decent. The fresh squeezed orange juice is excellent. It could use a makeover though.

Can’t wait to go back to Casper just so I can have their cinnamon bun French toast! To die for! But everyone with me was pleased with their meal. Short wait was worth it!

On a Saturday morning, we tried to have breakfast at another restaurant in Casper, only to find it closed on the weekend(WTF?). However, Eggingtons was closeby, and boy are we glad the other place was closed. While extremely busy, it wasn’t an overly long wait to be seated. The décor is French country in one room, and modern art in the other — both of which are pleasant. The menu has just about anything you could want. Our breakfasts were very good, as were the baked goodies that we took with us for later. The staff dealt very efficiently with an intoxicated customer, avoiding a potentially bad scene. The service was outstanding as well. Overall, highly recommended.

Let me start by saying that my trip was tough to review. Service was great, atmosphere was good, OJ was pricy but good, food on the other hand… I ordered the chili rellano breakfaat, a chili rellano stuffed with jack, sitting on refried beans and covered in chili verde, with two eggs on top. It also includes breakfast potatoes. Beans were good, chili verde was good, the chili rellano, about my favorite thing to have for breakfast, a thing that should have been golden brown… well it was somewhere past the color of chocolate ice cream and had a slightly burnt taste. It was like they either forgot about it, or it was premade and reheated in a fryer, maybe more than once. If not for the verde and beans, it would have been inedible. I never did actually taste the rellano at all, it was nothing more than overcooked filler. The potatoes, I’ll admit I’m not a fan of them. What I do know is what a potato that’s sat on the heat a little too long looks like as they lose moisture. One or two bites and I was done with them. In summary, great service, great but $$ OJ, great chili verde and beans, but avoid the chili rellano. Let it suffice to say it did not stay with me long.

Unilocal has been 2 for 2 so far in my visit to Casper! I ventured downtown after a solid workout looking for a good filling breakfast on a Tuesday mid morning. Eggington’s seemed like the ticket, and it absolutely was! This place is an awesome little local gem that really knows its breakfast. I couldn’t believe how packed it was on a Tuesday at like 10:15am, but I was seated right away. The waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the service and food were very fast. I was being a little picky trying to keep things healthy, and they accommodated for me and then some. Everything on the menu really sounded great. I went with an omlette. boring I know but it was dang good. Even the salsa on the side seemed homemade. I went ahead and sprung for a whole wheat pancake as well, and they even put banana IN the pancake! Can you say YUM? I also have to give a mention to the coffee… it was really good and nice and hot. GREATLOCALSPOT! Would love to also try the lunch,

If you can get there early, the wait isn’t too long(this is the only reason this review isn’t 5 stars). The food has been consistently good and service excellent.

We had these folks prepare breakfast sandwiches and burritos for catering thing today. Fab nice all. Best of service here from entire staff. Gotta get back while we still in area to try other menu items. Thanks folks. You are tops. Ok.so we came back later this morning having, friend the breakfast sandwich. I just finished really good cinnamon roll, eggs susage hash browns and plain waffle. Best waffle ever, in a restaurant. Light batter made. Most are heavy cakey things. Not here. Best of service here also. Sincerely a great experience here.

The food is good here and the atmosphere is relaxed. I really enjoy their cinnamon roll french toast topped with pecans and caramel. There’s plenty of savory options, too. As other Unilocalers have noted, the fresh squeezed orange juice is a real treat! They make it just right — not too much pulp and not too much sugar. Delicious! The service is a bit slow and the front desk/hostess station is kind of disorganized. We were a party of five arriving on a Sunday morning and we waited almost half an hour for a table. While we waited, we saw several parties of 3 and 4 who arrived after us being seated before us. Finally, my husband asked the hostess to seat us at a table for 4 and just add a chair. She looked completely surprised by the suggestion, but we were seated next. When your 4th party member is a child who fits in a high chair, this isn’t exactly a new idea. The bathrooms are kind of inadequate for a restaurant this size. There is only one bathroom(no stalls) for women and one for men. So if one woman is in there with her toddler and her infant, you know you are in for a wait. While the food was good, I probably wouldn’t return with my kids. It was a long wait to be seated, a long wait for food, a long wait for the bathroom, and even a long wait for the check.

There were some nice little twists to the breakfast menu. I was excited about ordering a chile relleno with an egg on top and home fries for breakfast. It had a very crunchy, thick batter and needed a pepper with more girth to balance things out. It would have been awesome, but unfortunately there was only a small trace of probably Anaheim Pepper in it. I loved that they had espresso as an option rather than the run of the mill, watered down coffee.
