Beware when you move out, they will try to charge you for more money. Account close fee, scheduler move out fee, cleaning fee, services fee. Etc. reading the terminated lease term very carefully.

This place is TERRIBLE! I have been here 3 years and it has never been a «gated community» for more than a week at a time, why pay for the luxury of living in a gated community if it isn’t one? The hot tub has NEVER worked and the pools aren’t maintained and full of mold and debris. I had to fight with management to have our refrigerator replaced after ruining hundreds of dollars of food in the freezer. It took over a dozen maintenance calls to have it replaced. Last summer our A/​C was broken and again it took more than a dozen maintenance calls to have that replaced, and that was in AUGUST in FL! Our A/​C bill went from $ 350 to $ 110 after they replaced it. The management has no sympathy for their loyal and faithful rent paying tenants. They wanted to jack my rent up $ 100 because I wanted new cabinet facings, they said it was an «upgrade.» Ours were split and falling apart from old age, it wasn’t an upgrade, it was bringing us back to square one, and yet our rent is $ 200 more than when we moved in. It’s one thing to live in a crap hole, but not when I’m paying luxury apartment prices. I thought the new management would make a difference, but no, things have only gotten worse! It may look nice, but looks are deceiving! Stay away for your own good!
