Established in 2010.

Baker Certified Public Accountants was founded in 2010. We are an assertive firm providing our clients a full range of services. Our firm specializes on small to medium sized businesses and the individuals that own them. Our mission is to help our clients maximize profits and pay as little of those profits to the government.

Our office is located in Castle Rock, Colorado. However, we serve a wide variety of clients located throughout the United States.

Because our firm is smaller than the national CPA firms, we maintain close and open relationships with each of our clients. Our commitment is to provide the highest quality services while retaining a small-​town atmosphere.

Baker Certified Public Accountants is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and is active in the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Seth B.

Business Owner

With nearly a decade of public accounting experience, Seth Baker is a taxation expert who can help you achieve your goal of minimizing your tax liability. Seth earned a master degree in Taxation from the University of Denver, Strum College of Law and a bachelor degree in Business from Brigham Young University – Idaho.

As a small business owner, himself, Seth understands the needs of business owners and can help with everything from payroll services to tax preparation services.

Seth is married with four beautiful children. He feels his family is his greatest achievement and believes that being a good father/​role model is essential to living a balanced life. Seth is actively involved in his community and enjoys coaching youth sports. He is an avid athlete and enjoys all sports.
