Specialties
At Castle Rock School of Gymnastics we strive to provide more than professional gymnastics instruction. Not only does the student acquire all-around muscle and sensory knowledge of their body and its abilities, but they will also gain a positive self image. Our main goal here at CRSG is to encourage self-confidence and make the student feel good about themselves while learning and having fun in the process.
History
Established in 2002.
CRSG was opened originally as a developmental facility only. In 2006 it was purchased by the current owners who opened the school up to team competitors. The enrollment has increased from 200 to 600 students since 2006. Our facility includes over 8,000 square feet of USA gym-tested equipment. The gymnasium features the most modern equipment to train and aid your child in their development in gymnastics. The coaching staff is exceptional, with six coaches with over 25 years of experience, plus one being a USAG judge. They are trained to work with children in a safe and enthusiastic way, while teaching basic through advanced skills in the sport. The focus of the CRSG staff is not only to have fun and form your child into a gymnast; it’s about leadership, setting goals, and life lessons. All coaches are USAG, CPR, and safety certified. Background checks are conducted every two years on every coach.

Business Owner
Lexy started gymnastics at the age of 5. By 13, she was a Level 10 competitor having won state and regional championships throughout her career. At 13, while in middle school, she was coaching high school girls at the gym she was training at. She came home and told her mom she was going to own a gymnastics school. At the age of 21 she took over ownership of Castle Rock School of Gymnastics, easily becoming one of the youngest gym owners in the nation.
